BOOKTO STAY IN 2024 OR 2025 AND SAVE 10%! -- In a location very convenient for Kalkan's old town, the beach and shopping Villa Lamas is less than 10 minutes walk from much of what Kalkan has to offer. The property accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and has a good sized private pool and plenty of sunny terrace space as well as a roof terrace.
Living area
An open plan living area comprises lounge, central dining
space and a well-equipped kitchen. Cool stone flooring works well
in the Kalkan summer and there is access to the pool terrace
through double doors off the living area. There is plenty of
natural light, and the villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV
with satellite channels. There is also a W/C on this level.
First floor
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe, ample
storage, side table, vanity table, a Juliette balcony and a shower
room shared with the double bedroom. Bedroom two is a double
bedroom with, side tables, vanity table, furnished balcony and a
shower room shared with the twin bedroom. Bedroom three is the
master bedroom with double bed that faces the furnished balcony,
side tables, en-suite shower room, a walk-in wardrobe and a sea
view balcony.
Roof terrace
Villa Lamas has a roof terrace furnished with a corner
rattan sofa and coffee table.
Outdoor area
Villa Lamas has a private pool and sunny terrace with plenty
of space for sunbathing. Cushioned sun beds and umbrellas for shade
are provided for all guests and the dining table which seats 6
guests can be found under the pergola. NB: Villa Bergamot, Villa
Misket and Villa Verbena are adjacent to Villa Lamas both are
similar 3 bedroom villas; perfect for large families holidaying
together.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR 2024
SEASON
Please note that the view from the pool terrace of Villa
Lamas has changed and there is now a new building being constructed
next door to the villa, across the other side of the road. A bamboo
fence has been constructed on the side of the villa's pool terrace
to help provide some privacy and to block the view of the new
building. Please ask us for further information and for
images.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Lamas can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Lamas and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Lamas as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Villa Lamas is within easy walking of the Old Town centre and is well considered with a great selection of lovely shady areas. The roof terrace is a great addition and the villa is well furnished and very clean.
