The modern and stylish Villa Kuru Beyaz ia a spacious 5 bedroom villa with beautiful sea views in a convenient central Kalkan location approximately 12-15 minutes walk from the charming old town, beach and harbour with a plethora of dining options. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, there is plenty of well furnished outside space, a private infinity pool with Jacuzzi section and a games room with pool table and table tennis to keep everyone entertained. Villa Kuru Beyaz can be rented independently or alongside neighbouring villa Merlot, ideal for up to 20 guests.
The accommodation at Villa Kuru Beyaz is arranged as follows:
Ground floor - open plan
living /dining/kitchen area with WC. Twin bedroom with en-suite
facilities.
Experience the seamless flow of the open-plan ground
floor, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering, a
dining area accommodating up to 10 guests, and a living space with
a large inviting sofa, coffee table, and TV. Large glass sliding
doors seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to the
pool and terrace area. A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room,
and a separate W/C complete this level.
First floor - two
double en-suite bedrooms.
Ascend to the first floor, where two additional double
bedrooms await. Each has an en-suite shower room and large glass
doors that open up the views and lead out onto a furnished balcony
offering breathtaking vistas of the sea and mountains, providing
the perfect setting to relax.
Lower ground floor -
master bedroom with en-suite and Jacuzzi bath. Games room and
utility.
Unwind in the master double bedroom, a serene retreat boasting a
Jacuzzi bath, dressing room, and an en-suite shower room. Adjacent,
a twin bedroom with its own en-suite awaits, along with a shared
garden/terrace. Further down the corridor, discover a utility
room and a games room with a pool table, table football and table
tennis to keep everyone entertained. While this level doesn't offer
sea views, it provides a cozy ambiance.
Outdoor
area and swimming pool:
Step onto the well-furnished terrace, designed for
unforgettable moments with plenty of options to relax, swim, dine
or entertain. Equipped with 10 sun loungers, 3 sun parasols, a
dining table under a pergola foor shade with coal BBQ, and two
spacious cushioned rattan seating areas and a swing seat. The
inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooing off in the heat of the
summer and boasts a raised Jacuzzi section and shallow section for
sun loungers.

Villa Kuru Beyaz can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Kuru Beyaz and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Kuru Beyaz as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Amazing value for money. The villa was fabulous and ticked all our boxes. Excellent service during the booking process and excellent care/service during our stay. Only thing that was a slight negative was the games room being in the garage without views and the outdoor, so our teenagers didn't use the facilities much which was a little disappointing (part of my hols search was finding a games room for them). Only other slight negative was a couple of the toilets were a little grubby under the rim. All that aside, we all had an absolutely wonderful holiday!

I would dearly love to book another holiday through Turquoise Collection at a different destination, however all others seem to be out of our price range. We may consider a return to Kalkan at some stage.
The villa was perfect, and just as advertised. The host met us at 1am and was charming. Very well equipped kitchen, huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely outside space.

The Villa was situated within Walking distance of the old town, as long as you are happy to do the hills! And had the most stunning view. The property itself was spotless and well equipped with everything that we needed and parking in the garage kept the car cool for when we went out. The pool was maintained everyday, and, as we were there for 2 weeks it was fully serviced at the end of the first week. The ladies were quick, thorough and unobtrusive. The games room kept everyone cool and entertained during peak temperature of the day and in the evenings after we had been out to eat. Mehmet the site manager was excellent, greeting us on our arrival. We had a few niggles the first couple of days and he arrived within minutes of being contacted. He checked in on us a few times over the holiday period to see if we needed anything.
The villa was perfect and we would definitely book the villa again and recommend it to others.
