The open plan living space on the ground floor comprises of a lounge, dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen, and the cheerful and eclectic mix of colours and furniture create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for your holiday. In the lounge area is a three seater that can convert to a sofa bed (130cm x 192cm)  if required and some easy chairs for relaxing while taking in the views from the sliding patio doors. A second set of sliding doors open out from the kitchen/dining area on to the terrace and allow the natural light to stream in. There is a small shower room with WC conveniently located on this floor. Entrance is to the side of the property where you will find leafy shrubs lining the pathway and a small, planted garden. There is space in front of the property for parking.
First floor
Bedroom one is a spacious twin bedroom set up as a double with bedside tables, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom with good sized shower. The good-sized terrace looks out on to an olive grove in the foreground and is equipped with four sun loungers and two parasols for lazy days around the pool. There is a dining area with a wooden table and chairs and BBQ for laid-back lunches and evening drinks. Views of Kalkan and the glittering turquoise coast are particularly great here at sunset with a cold glass in hand.
