Villa Ellis is a newly built, modern property located in Central Kalkan a short walk from all of Kalkan's amenities such as the charming old town and popular beach clubs. This villa accommodates up to six people with three en-suite bedrooms. Views of an olive grove, mountains and the sea can be seen from the first and second floors. Unique artwork compliments the interior of this villa by providing something different in every room.
Outdoor
space
The garden provides space for sunbathing, going for a swim and
relaxing in the shade. There are six sunbeds and two parasols in
the garden sitting by the pool. The pool is approximately 9m
length, 4m width and 1.7m depth. Part of the garden is a grass area
with a few plants, creating a nice contrast in the scenery. There
is a pergola that follows the edge of two sides of the villa and
shelters both an alfresco dining area and a seating
area.
Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Ellis provides an open space with a
living, dining and kitchen area. There are two glass doors that
lead to the garden, one of which is a large glass sliding door that
opens onto the alfresco dining area. The open space has a modern
design with all the kitchen appliances needed. An additional toilet
is also provided on the ground floor for convenience and shared
use. There are two sofas and an armchair that surround a coffee
table and face a TV. The interior features exposed stone and
designed to create a light atmosphere.
First floor
Two of the bedrooms can be found on the first floor; one twin
bedroom and one double bedroom. Both come with en-suite bathrooms
and private balconies which provide views over the garden and out
across the olive grove and sea in the distance.
Second floor
The second floor is home to the master bedroom with an en-suite
bathroom and a spacious balcony providing wide views over the
garden, olive grove, mountains and sea. The balcony provides two
sunbeds, a parasol and a table with two chairs making it a great
spot to relax and enjoy some privacy.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Ellis can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Ellis and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Ellis as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The villa was very nice and well presented. The location was good as we could walk into Kalkan and even walk back too (although the last hill was a bit steep!). Unfortunately the wi-fi did not reach the top floor but was fine everywhere else. Overall a very nice, relaxing place
Villa Elis was absolutely perfect for us, the bedroom configuration, the pool, the location, the cleanliness - everything was faultless. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we feel very rested after a wonderful week away. Cannot fault this property at all, the only very minor downside was the patchy Wi-Fi, but this was a blessing in disguise as we all totally switched off.

Very nice new villa near both restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely pool and out look. My only criticism would be that the utensils in the kitchen were limited. I could find a cork screw, bottle opener or vegetable peeler. Minor points but simple rectify. Otherwise excellent holiday.
