Just a 10-12 minute walk from Kalkan's old town, this villa combines comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay.

Outside Space
The villa boasts an L-shaped pool that includes a shallow area with two submerged sun loungers. Surrounding the pool, further sun loungers and two parasols are strategically placed to provide both comfort and shade, and a cushioned outdoor seating set and a swing seat are positioned to provide guests with additional spots to unwind and enjoy the views. To the side of the terrace, under a pergola, an al fresco dining area awaits featuring a BBQ and large dining table.

Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor is home to two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The twin bedroom is equipped with a dressing table, wardrobe and bedside table, and looks onto the indoor pool area. The double bedroom also includes a dressing table, wardrobe and bedside tables, and looks out over the villa's entertainment space. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room. 

The entertainment space in Villa Cihan is designed with a split-level layout. On the lower level, guests can enjoy an indoor pool accompanied by sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool, there's a sauna, cinema area complete with a large wicker sofa set, and table football for added entertainment. Upstairs, the space opens into a stylish kitchen bar featuring three bar chairs, a drinks fridge, sink, and a selection of glassware which completes this inviting area.

Ground Floor
The main living space is located on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-diner and welcoming lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to easily prepare their own meals and features a dining table with seating for up to six. Large, full-length sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering sea views. The lounge area is furnished with two spacious sofas and an armchair arranged around a coffee table and SMART TV, and also benefits from full-length sliding doors that provide seamless access to the terrace and pool.

First Floor
The first floor features the remaining two spacious double bedrooms, each offering sea views. One bedroom features a private balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the sea and mountain views, while the other has a Juliet balcony, letting in plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms are modern and thoughtfully designed, equipped with a dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables and an en-suite shower room. 

Second Floor/Roof Terrace 
The second floor provides access to the large roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
