Brand new for 2022, Villa Banu Exclusive is one of 4 Arden Exclusive Villas situated in a premium location close to the sea, with Kalkan's atmospheric old town just a pleasant 10 minute walk via the newly block-paved coastal road to the harbour. Exclusive to The Turquoise Collection, these stylish properties offer modern Kalkan villa accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with sea views and easy access to the beach, harbour, restaurants and beach clubs.
Ground floor
The ground floor features an elegant open plan living
space decorated in warm neutral tones of soft greys and
natural light wood, giving a homely yet stylish feel. The
space comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable
dining area for all the guests to enjoy. The lounge area consists
of one large plush sofa and two easy chairs, coffee table and flat
screen TV. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors
across the ground floor living space allow the natural light to
flood in and offer great views across the Turquoise Coast.
Bedroom 1 - this room features twin beds, bedside tables, vanity
station, wardrobe and an en-suite. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding
doors lead out to the pool terrace and have views across the
bay.
First floor
Bedroom 2 - This room features a double bed, bedside tables,
vanity station, wardrobe and an en-suite. Floor-to-ceiling glass
sliding doors that lead out to a sea view balcony.
Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom furnished with a bedside table,
vanity station, wardrobe and an en-suite. This room has
floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out to a sea view
balcony.
Outdoor space
The spacious terrace facing out towards the bay runs alongside the
front of the villa and features different areas for relaxing and
entertaining. Located to the side of the property and conveniently
close to the kitchen is an al-fresco dining set and barbequing area
under a shaded pergola; perfect for creating some memorable evening
feasts. A comfortable cushioned lounge set and parasol are
positioned at the front of the terrace where the views can be
enjoyed with a cool drink in hand. The private infinity pool
is a good size and sun beds and parasols are provided for lazing
around after a dip.
Location
It is not just the architecture, space and sea views that make
these holiday villas so special, the premium location close to the
sea allows for easy access to the harbour, beach and the old town
dining scene via the harbour road (a pleasant walk by the sea). The
Yali Beach Club is also very close by.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Banu can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Banu and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Banu as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The service from booking the Villa including transfers was excellent. We were met on arrival and shown around the villa and provided with all the relevant information. The villa was very clean and the facilities within were excellent. The pool was stunning as was the view. The location was good and whilst it was a pleasant walk down the hill we did get a taxi back.
Stunning villa in a great location, Wi-Fi was a struggle across the property and aircon struggled to cool the larger bedrooms. Pools were amazing, especially the added bonus of the roof top pool which we used daily.
We met Samet upon our arrival, who showed us around the villa. He's a great guy and represents the company very well. When we had an issues he was very quick to respond. Our issues being the air conditioner in the main area (it kept leaking) and a leaky sink. The wifi was okay, not great in the villa. It would have been good for it to cover the pool area more effectively (which it didn't at all). Otherwise, a lovely holiday in a lovely place.
We had a superb holiday in Villa Banu. The view was stunning and the walk into town was doable but due to the uneven road surface and no street lights, we opted for a taxi every night. The aircon was excellent and the pool was crystal clear. Some maintenance required in the en-suite showers - sealant needing replaced. Would return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic modern villa with great facilities. We loved the location and view of bay and town. Walk to town was fine in early evening but always opted for taxi on return - very easy to get from taxi point at harbour. All bedrooms and en-suites very well designed with lots of opening windows
