Everything was perfect! The villa was outstanding and the view spectacular! 

Villa Ayser is a large and beautiful property with the most spectacular views over Kalkan. We found it very clean and well-equipped with a lovely welcome pack on our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The property is in an excellent location. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the villa is the beautiful old town of Kakan, with many shops, restaurants and bars. The view is fabulous from all rooms - especially from the first and second floor bedrooms and balconies. The villa has a lovely infinity pool and bar with in-water stools. Lovely open-plan downstairs living area; well laid out and very social. A mid-week change of towels and bedding was a nice touch.

Villa Ayser, is a beautifully designed and imposing property, in an undeniably superb location just a 5-10 minute walk from Kalkan's Old Town. It has a very spacious outside and ground floor living area, which is not overly overlooked. Although not problematic for able people, the roads leading up to the villa have a fairly steep incline, but compared to other areas of Kalkan, it is a relatively easy walk. The first floor bedrooms and landing are very spacious with more than adequate storage. In comparison, the second floor bedroom (although it has a beautiful bath with a view!) does feel somewhat more cramped, less comfortable, and has a very low ceiling. The property has a beautiful infinity pool complete with bar area and in-water stools; pool towels are also provided. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room.
