The Likya Town House is an ideal retreat for both couples and families, offering a nice balance of a relatively quiet location, yet fairly central. Ground floor
The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, ice maker, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and wine cooler. There is also a convenient WC on this level, along with a separate utility cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan living area includes a TV, DVD player, and CD player, along with french doors leading out to the private terrace and lush gardens.
First floor
Moving onto the first floor, bedroom one is a double bedroom with an en suite and balcony with lovely views of the surrounding area. Bedroom two is another double bedroom with an en suite as well as a bath, and bedroom three is a twin room also with an en suite.
