Apartment Tulip is a contemporary penthouse sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite double bedrooms with fabulous sea views to be had from many areas of the property, notably the living area, generous wrap-around roof terrace and private plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets. Conveniently located within 10 minutes walk of Kalkan's old town, Apartment Tulip is well placed for much of what Kalkan has to offer including the vibrant dining scene, beach, harbour and shopping.
Lower floor - 3 en-suite double
bedrooms
Bedroom one is a bright and spacious Master bedroom suite
with fresh decor, beautiful sea views, ample storage, TV
and glass en-suite shower room with rain shower and Jacuzzi
bath. Double glass doors lead out onto a large shared balcony
furnished with a rattan swinging egg chair and 2 cushioned chairs.
Bedroom two is a double room with fresh white decor with pink
accents, a fully tiled en-suite shower room, wardrobe, easy chair
and sea views. Sliding glass doors let in lots of light and and
also lead onto the shared balcony. Bedroom three is the 3rd double
room, with modern blue and white decor, wardrobe and access to a
side balcony with scenic views, furnished with a bistro
set.
Upper floor - open plan

Floor to ceiling windows either side of bi-fold doors
connect the living area with fabulous sea and mountain views
and flood the area with light. The lounge area is furnished with a
settee and easy chair alongside a coffee and
occasional tables, with a large TV offering many English
speaking channels. The kitchen was fully remodelled and
installed in March 2023. This provides a contemporary
cooking and dining experience with an integrated water
cooler, drinks fridge, induction hob, Quooker boiling water tap,
dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine along with all the
usual kitchen equipment. A long preparation and dining counter with
bar stools provides an abundance of preparation and eating space.
Also on the upper floor is a separate toilet room.
Wrap-around terrace
The generous wrap-around roof terrace is accessed via bi-fold
doors from the open plan living area and offers spectacular views
to the sea and mountains. On one side of the terrace is a shaded
seating zone with sofa set, while the other side features sunbeds,
beanbags, and a barbecue setup. At the front are additional
sunbeds, a table and chairs for alfresco dining and
a plunge pool featuring integrated seating, jacuzzi jets
and illluminating lights.

Apartment Tulip can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Beautifully designed apartment with everything we needed and more. The rooftop and plunge pool is perfect and such a great chill out. All the rooms are comfortable and we had a fantastic week in Tulip.

The location of this apartment is perfect - close enough to everything but still able to feel peaceful. The rooftop plunge pool is a real bonus and the views from it are to die for. The apartment itself has everything you could ever need and is modern, fresh and spacious.

Apartment Tulip was everything we hoped for and more. As visitors of Kalkan many times before we hoped the apartment would live up to previous experiences and it did! It was clean, well maintained, great views with an amazing roof terrace and modern, stylish furnishings inside and out.
The rooftop pool is not overlooked by anyone whilst being much bigger than we expected. The apartment is a short walk in to kalkan old town and avoids too many big hills which is a feat when you have such mountainous views around you. Have recommended the apartment to family already and would definitely consider staying here again.
Excellent clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, the sunbeds are particularly comfortable too. Very quiet and convenient location, just a short stroll to town.

Apt Tulip is an amazing property with fantastic views. The plunge pool is great and definitely makes going out and about harder as everything is at the apt! I would also consider going on my own as I felt so safe. My daughter and I loved the layout of the apt and the bedrooms were super. Loved the modern look of the apt and it had everything that we wanted. Walking to the Town was about 10 - 15 minutes which was no problem at all. Great location and we do hope to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing Kalkan experience as first time there. This property spoils the guests with the amazing view / sun all day /private plunge pool. Will be using again.
