Close to Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs and within a 15-20 minute walk of Kalkan's old town, we are pleased to present the modern Villa Ventura. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms and offers a spacious outdoor area with a private infinity pool (heated for an additional charge) and sea and mountain views.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is open plan, with a contemporary kitchen
and island unit with bar stool seating, a dining area for up to 8
guests and a light and airy living space complete with a large
L-shaped sofa and coffee table together with a flat screen TV.
Throughout the space floor to ceiling glass doors open out directly
onto the pool terrace and offer guests views of the turquoise sea
and mountains. A guest cloakroom can also be found on this
level.
First Floor
Three of Villa Ventura's four bedrooms can be found on the
first floor. Two of these are double bedrooms and there is one twin
bedroom, each with an ensuite shower room, wardrobe space, vanity
area and access to a private furnished balcony with sea
views.
Second Floor
The second floor is home to the remaining double bedroom
which benefits from an ensuite shower room, wardrobe space, a
vanity area and access to the first of two roof terrace areas
offering panoramic sea views. The second
roof terrace can be accessed by all guests via the landing space
and it is furnished with a couple of sun loungers. This is an
inviting space to soak up some sun and enjoy the sea and mountain
views.
Outside
A private infinity pool sits at the centre of the outdoor
space and is lined with cushioned sun loungers and ample parasols.
There are also a variety of comfortable seating options for guests
to make the most of, ranging from a swing seat to an outdoor sofa
and armchair set carefully positioned to make the most of the
views. To the side of the pool terrace guests can find a charcoal
BBQ and an al-fresco dining area shaded under a
pergola.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Ventura can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Ventura and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Ventura as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ventura. The villa lacks nothing - it is wonderfully maintained and is well equipped including comfortable beds and furnishings. The villa is situated in an elevated position in Kalamar which gives the most incredible views (partial from the ground floor and pool terrace, but extensive from the upper two floors and terrace). Although the villa is a 20 min walk uphill from the old town, taxis are plentiful. There are also local restaurants and a supermarket within a short stroll. Villa Ventura would be hard to beat - we hope to return soon!
Gorgeous villa, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds. It has a fabulous pool with a jacuzzi section. Good location, walkable into Kalkan Old Town (although taxis are easily available if you go when it's really hot). Lovely welcome pack. We had a fantastic week.
