Offering breath-taking views across the bay and out to Snake and Mouse Islands, the villa’s design makes the most of its location, with an open-plan interior that seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor spaces together through large sliding glass doors. The outside spaces offer various spots to relax, swim, dine al-fresco, or entertain, and there are plenty of areas to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. Conveniently located, the villa is a short walk from Kalamar, Kulube and Lures Beach Clubs, and is just a 15-20 minute walk from Kalkan's old town, where you can explore local shops and dine in one of the many roof terrace restaurants/bars.

Outside Space
The outdoor space at Villa Turquoise offers a spacious and inviting setting. The pool terrace wraps around the entire villa, providing a variety of sun-drenched and shaded areas throughout the day, allowing guests to relax and unwind at their leisure. The centrepiece is the large infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, and the terrace is also dotted with mattresses, oversized cushions, and bean bags for added comfort. 

Two cushioned sofa seating areas, both shaded by wooden pergolas, offer additional spots to relax, and a dining table seating up to 8 guests, complimented by a traditional stone BBQ, enables guests to cook and dine al-fresco. For some friendly competition, a table tennis table is available for guests to enjoy. 

Thoughtfully arranged furniture and the impressive sea views make Villa Turquoise's outdoor space a great place to relax, entertain, and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

There is private parking on the driveway. 

Ground Floor 
The living space boasts a stylish open-plan design, comprising the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. A few steps lead down to the lounge area, where a comfortable arrangement of sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table surround a flat-screen TV. This space is filled with natural light, courtesy of large sliding glass doors that open out onto the terrace, offering views of the pool and the sea beyond. 

The modern kitchen is sophisticated and equipped to enable guests to self-cater, featuring Italian high-gloss cupboards, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two on high stools. It includes an American-style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser, and a coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a round dining table, seating up to eight guests for relaxed meals.

Just off the living room is the first en-suite double bedroom. The bedroom features a King size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, safe, hairdryer, and French doors which lead from the bedroom directly out to the pool and terrace.

A convenient WC is also located on the ground floor.

First Floor 
The first floor of Villa Turquoise features three generously sized, comfortable bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath or shower room and a private balcony overlooking Kalamar Bay. All bedrooms come equipped with inbuilt wardrobes, dressing tables, a safe, and a hairdryer. The master bedroom has a Super King size bed, while the other two rooms are set up as twins, which can be configured as doubles with a King size bed upon request.

Roof Terrace 
The roof terrace of Villa Turquoise is a spacious area featuring a traditional Turkish Köşk seating space. The terrace offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains, making it a great spot to enjoy a sundowner. 

There is also a WC and utility room on the roof terrace level.
