This property offers breathtaking views out towards Mouse and Snake Islands and its own infinity pool. The centre of Kalkan is approximately a 20 minute walk away, where there is a selection of excellent restaurants.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of a large open plan kitchen, living
and dining area and is equipped with everything you could possibly
need on holiday. The living area has open sea views across the
swimming pool to the sea through large floor to ceiling sliding
doors. There are various seating areas, a flat-screen
satellite TV + DVD player and wireless internet.
As you would expect, the kitchen is well-equipped and includes
appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob +
extractor and microwave. It also features Corian work surfaces
and an island unit. The dining area provides seating for up to 6
guests.
A separate shower room with W/C is also located on the ground
floor, together with a utility area which houses a washing machine,
iron and ironing board.
First floor
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a flat-
screen TV, a large wardrobe and access to a furnished sea view wrap
around balcony.
Bedroom 2 - A twin bedroom with an en- suite shower room, flat
screen TV, armchair and access to the furnished sea view wrap
around balcony.
Second floor
The second floor houses a light and airy master bedroom suite,
with double bed, en-suite shower room, bedside table, vanity area,
wardrobe and access to the villa's roof terrace through its glass
sliding doors.
On the roof terrace you will find a Jacuzzi (which can also be
accessed by separate landing on second floor).
Outdoor space
The villa has a private infinity pool and spacious poolside
terrace furnished with dining table and chairs, 6 sun-loungers and
a comfortable shaded seating area from which to enjoy those
stunning views.
The pool dimensions are approximately 4.5 metres x 10.5 metres
(and approximately 2 metres deep).
The views from the pool terrace include both Kalkan and Kalamar
bay with Mouse + Snake Islands in the distance.
As dusk approaches and dinner is in mind, the terrace is ideal.
Designed to be subtle and atmospheric, it transforms the feel of
this beautiful villa. You may find yourself tempted to visit
the Old Town of Kalkan and experience the excellent restaurants it
has to offer. It is around a 20-25 minute walk downhill all the
way; therefore a taxi back is advisable.

Villa Skyfall can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Skyfall and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Skyfall as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Skyfall is a beautiful villa with a lovely, warm and inviting feel about it. The upkeep is fantastic and the views and pool are wonderful. We felt really at home in this villa. Everything is working as specified and the appliances/internet etc is all to a very high standard. We felt safe and at home in this lovely villa. We arrived to a small care package which was appreciated but we needed to go out and do a shop asap. There was no coffee provided but tea and a few small bits in the fridge were great. The pool is wonderful - a perfect temperature and maintained well by the lovely Ramazan. The views are spectacular and the pool is larger than most nearby villas so it was perfect for our 3 kids. Ramazan sorted out the rubbish for us and adjusted any small things that needed attending to. He also sorted out water refills (there is an in built water machine) which was brilliant. He also gave us local recommendations. Overall a brilliant villa - we would highly recommend and will definitely try to go back.

Villa Skyfall has the wow factor! A beautiful villa with a luxury finish. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed. The villa remained cool during the day, with a lovely breeze coming into the pool area. But it's most incredible feature is the view from every window - simply stunning.
