Villa Naz is a 5 bedroom villa located in the popular area of
Kalamar in Kalkan and features a games room equipped with a
Playstation 4, table football, dart board and an air-hockey and has
fantastic views of the bay.
Lower ground floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two double bedrooms on this floor
with en-suite bathrooms, storage and outdoor access through sliding
glass doors.
Bedroom 3 - There is also a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor
which can be configured as a double bedroom upon request. This room
does not have en-suite facilities, but it has use of a shower room
/ WC across the hallway.
The well-equipped games room is also located on this level which
is complete with table football, air-hockey, PlayStation 4 and
darts. A sauna new for 2023 is situated on this floor with a
window to provide views.
There is also a furnished lower level terrace and stairs which
take you up to the ground floor, pool terrace level.
Ground floor
Villa Naz has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and features an
island with hob, a large fridge freezer and dining area.
The lounge has floor to ceiling windows and floors along the
length of this room which brings a vast amount of light into the
property and provides direct access to the pool terrace.
The lounge also has a large corner sofa, a large flat screen TV,
coffee table, artwork and homely indoor plants and books.
First floor
Bedroom 4 -The master suite occupied this level and features a
Jacuzzi bath within the room, a large floor to ceiling mirrored
wardrobe and views over the sea plus an en-suite shower room with
W/C.
Second floor
Bedroom 5 - A double bedroom with a en-suite shower room along
with a freestanding bathtub within the room, large sliding mirrored
wardrobe, vanity area and ample storage.
This bedroom leads out onto the villa's roof terrace which has
fantastic panoramic sea views, sun loungers and a comfortable
seating area.
Outdoor space
Villa Naz's outdoor area has several different areas for guests to
relax, there is a dining table underneath a covered pergola, table
tennis to the side of the property, a BBQ area, a swinging egg
chair and sun loungers surrounding the infinity-edge pool with
Jacuzzi jets.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Naz can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Naz and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Naz as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
