Villa Kayra in an elevated position above Kalamar bay which benefits from wonderful sea views and sunsets. The property offers spacious, comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. An unusually large plot provides for plenty of outside space, with lounging, dining and relaxation very much in mind in the design of the property. The pool is larger than many in Kalkan and has a Jacuzzi at one end.

Five of the villa's six bedrooms occupy the two upper floors
(there is one double on the ground floor) with a mix of doubles and
twins to suit families or groups of friends, and floor to ceiling
windows provide wonderful views to wake up to.
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and access a balcony or roof
terrace; some include a dressing area and one has a Jacuzzi
bathroom.
The master suite on the top floor is complete with TV and an
in-room double Jacuzzi bath
Ground floor
The large open plan living/dining area comprises of a lounge with
two sofas, a mounted television and a DVD player with Bluetooth
music speaker. There is also a dining room and kitchen with
dishwasher, fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave,
oven, hob and extractor.
This floor also has a utility room with washing machine, iron and
ironing board.
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with mounted television, an arm
chair, bedside tables, access to a furnished terrace and an
adjacent shower room.
First floor
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom (bed 200cm x 180cm) with dressing
room, vanity table, bedside tables and an en-suite shower room.
There is also access to a private balcony.
Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom (bed 200cm x 180cm) with a bed that
faces the fantastic sea views, an en-suite shower room and Jacuzzi
bath. There is access to a shared balcony. This room also has a
wardrobe area and vanity table.
Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom (two twin beds 190cm x 90cm) with
dressing room and en-suite shower room. This bedroom shares the
balcony with one of the double bedrooms on this floor.
Second floor
The master double bedroom (bed 200cm x 180cm) which has a mounted
TV, a dressing area, an en-suite shower room and a Jacuzzi. There
is also access to a shared balcony.
A twin bedroom (two twin beds 190cm x 90cm) with dressing area and
an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to the shared
balcony with the master bedroom.
Outdoor space
Equally impressive outdoors, a number of steps lead guests from
the ground to the pool terrace where there are a number of areas
perfect for relaxing.
Villa Kayra has a large Jacuzzi by the infinity pool and a pergola
shades a poolside bar and traditional Turkish seating area

Villa Kayra can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Kayra and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Kayra as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. Views from the villa are outstanding, the swimming pool is exceptional and the pool area is very spacious with a very large Jacuzzi, outdoor bar area with fridge and a lovely shady seating area which is very cool. The rooms are very spacious with full length windows giving you panoramic views of the bays. The road down to town is quite steep, however taxis are so cheap and you can whats app them for pick up, you really do not need to walk into the Centre at all. Having about 9 years holidaying with TC, this is one of the top villas we have experienced.
