This unique villa boasts a private sunbathing platform with direct access to the sea, spacious outdoor areas, a private pool, Jacuzzi, and ample seating with views of the sea, offering a great setting for unwinding. Featuring five bedrooms, Villa Kalamar Guney comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, providing a memorable stay for groups of family and friends.

NOTE
Villa Kalamar Guney is being upgraded for the 2025 season. The
upgrades include an interior and exterior repaint, new kitchen and
new bathrooms being fitted, and a change of décor and
furniture. The images shown have been taken prior to the
renovation which is now being completed. New photos of the villa
will be updated as soon as possible. Please feel free to ask us for
any further information in the meantime.
Indoor Space
The indoor space includes an open-plan living area on the ground
floor that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and
lounge. This inviting space opens directly onto the pool terrace,
offering views of the sea as well as Snake and Mouse Islands. The
five bedrooms are spread across the ground, first, and second
floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on each of the
upper floors. All bedrooms are en-suite for privacy and
convenience. On the first floor, both bedrooms open onto a
breath-taking sea-facing terrace with comfortable seating. On the
second floor, one bedroom features a French balcony, while the
other has a full balcony, each boasting panoramic sea views.
Outdoor Space
The outdoor space at Villa Kalamar Guney is designed for
relaxation and entertainment. The large pool terrace features a
kidney-shaped pool with Roman-style steps and an infinity edge,
offering views of the sea and mountains. Sun loungers, parasols, a
double day bed, and comfortable sofa seating surround the pool,
providing plenty of space to unwind. Just below the pool, you'll
find a Jacuzzi for added relaxation. The terrace also includes
a dining area with a stone BBQ, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals
poolside. For some friendly competition, there's an outdoor games
room beneath a pergola, complete with a table tennis table and pool
table. From the terrace, you can stroll down to the sunbathing
platform, providing direct access to the sea.

Villa Kalamar Guney can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
