Villa Iona is a spacious 3-bedroom villa located in the Kalamar Bay region of Kalkan, boasting a private infinity pool and sea views from many parts of the property. There is plenty of furnished space on the pool terrace for al-fresco dining, sunbathing, and relaxing, and all 3 en-suite bedrooms benefit from access to a furnished sea view balcony offering additional spaces to unwind and enjoy the views. The Kalamar Bay and Lures Beach Clubs are just a 5-minute walk away, while Kalkan’s Old Town, with its shops, restaurants, and beach, is about a 20-25 minute stroll or a quick 5-minute taxi ride.

Accommodation overview
Villa Iona comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with accommodation arranged over three floors. The villa is fully air-conditioned and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Ground floor
The villa's entrance, located on the ground floor, opens into an open-plan living space, with large glass sliding doors and windows on two sides that flood the area with natural light. At the rear of the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, enabling guests to self-cater, while the sitting and dining areas are situated at the front of the property. The space is also furnished with a flat-screen satellite TV, media unit, bookshelves, and some local art pieces. Sliding glass doors stretch across much of the villa's frontage, seamlessly connecting the indoor living area with the pool terrace outside. Additionally, the garden area can be accessed from the side of the ground floor.

First floor
On the first floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms: one double and one twin. Both bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms, ample storage space, and access to a shared sea-view balcony. 

Second floor
The master bedroom occupies the entire floor and has a well appointed en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC and fitted storage. Large sliding glass doors lead to a generous balcony with panoramic views, furnished with two sunbeds, a table and a rattan seating set, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy a sundowner. 

Outdoor space
The villa offers plenty of outdoor space, including an attractive garden area with a swing seat tucked away to the side-a great spot to relax with a good book. The pool terrace is well-furnished with sunbeds, an al-fresco dining area for six guests, and comfortable rattan seating. A BBQ is also available, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining.
