The Kalamar Bay location allows you to be within walking distance to Kalamar, Kulube and Lures beach clubs, and approximately a 25-30-minute walk to Kalkan's old town, as well as being an ideal location for some of the best sea views that Kalkan has to offer. 
Interior
An open plan living area provides guests with a well-equipped kitchen including an island and large dining table allowing them to self-cater, along with a spacious lounge space with a flat screen SMART TV. The entire area features large glass sliding doors which open out onto the pool terrace, flooding the interior space with light and enabling guests to enjoy the expansive sea and mountain views.
The 5-bedroom suites all have their own ensuite bathrooms, sea views and follow the tropical colourful theme that the villa offers. The bedrooms in more detail: 
The first master double bedroom benefits from a decorative King size bed, hanging chair, free standing bathtub, ensuite bathroom, vanity area and private, furnished balcony. 
The second double bedroom follows an olive colour theme and provides a King size bed along with a vanity area, ensuite bathroom and private, furnished balcony.
The third double bedroom has a King size bed with an intricate bed frame and matching vanity area. There is also an ensuite bathroom and private, furnished balcony. 
The fourth bedroom is a master bedroom with a King size bed, spacious seating area with a sofa seat and vanity area, ensuite bathroom and private, furnished balcony with an outdoor Jacuzzi bath.
The fifth and final bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds and a unique tropical orange theme. The bedroom has plenty of space, a vanity area, ensuite bathroom and private, furnished balcony. 
Exterior 
Outdoors, Villa Calikusu benefits from a large pool terrace area complete with an infinity pool (14m x 4m), Jacuzzi which can seat up to 10 guests, table tennis table, dining area, comfy seating area and ample sun loungers, day beds and parasols. The outside lighting creates the perfect atmosphere in the sunset lit evenings for a BBQ at your very own al-fresco dining area, and the choice hammocks and a swing seat provide you with plenty of spots for ultimate relaxation and soaking up the views.
