The villa boasts welcoming, comfortable interiors, multiple outdoor spaces with sea and mountain views, and a private heated pool for a memorable stay.

Outside Space
Villa Aysel offers a generous outdoor area spread over two levels, with steps descending from the veranda to the pool terrace. At the heart of the terrace is a private freshwater pool, accessed by Roman steps and surrounded by eight cushioned sun loungers and four large parasols. The veranda offers a shaded oasis, featuring an al-fresco dining area that comfortably seats up to eight guests and is accompanied by a portable BBQ. Surrounding the villa, mature landscaping creates a sense of seclusion, and the space offers views over Kalamar Bay and out to Snake and Mouse Islands.

At street level there is private parking. 

Ground Floor 
The ground floor has been designed for relaxation and socialising, welcoming you with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with two sets of large glass doors that lead out onto the pool terrace and veranda with sea views. The lounge area offers comfortable seating around a coffee table and SMART TV and the contemporary kitchen is well-equipped and paired with a stylish wooden dining table seating up to eight, enabling guests to self-cater and dine together.

A downstairs WC offers convenience and completes the ground floor level. 

First Floor 
The first floor features three well-appointed bedrooms.

Two of these bedrooms are configured as a double and feature King size beds, an en-suite shower room, dressing table, stool, and wardrobe space. Both of these bedrooms are located at the front of the property and benefit from large glass doors which open onto spacious private balconies looking out to sea and are furnished with a table and chairs.

The third bedroom can be arranged as either a double or twin room and has a window allowing plenty of natural light in and overlooking the mature planting below. This bedroom also features an en-suite shower room, dressing table, stool, and wardrobe space.

Second Floor/Roof Terrace 
The final bedroom is located on the second floor, offering light and airy accommodation with a King size bed, en-suite shower room, dressing table, stool, and wardrobe space. Large glass doors open directly onto the expansive roof terrace.

The roof terrace is a highlight of Villa Aysel, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, providing a great spot to unwind with a sundowner while taking in the panoramic sea views and the picturesque Snake and Mouse Islands. Access to the roof terrace is also available via a separate glass door from the second floor landing.
