Nestled in Kalamar Bay, with local beach clubs a short 5 minute walk away and the old town reachable in 15-20 minutes, Villa Arcadia is a well presented 4 bedroom property with a private pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and furnished roof terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is open plan with a spacious kitchen,
dining and living area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped
enabling guests to self-cater, whilst the main living and dining
space offers plenty of room and comfortable seating for up to 10
guests. Large floor to ceiling glass doors open out onto the pool
terrace and allow light to flood the interior space. A
guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.
First Floor
Two of Villa Arcadia's four bedrooms can be found on the
first floor. One twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, wardrobe
space, bedside table and access to a private furnished balcony with
sea views, along with one double bedroom with an ensuite
shower room, wardrobe space, bedside table and access to a private
balcony and terrace space. The terrace really is something special,
with a unique outdoor Jacuzzi pool with a waterfall feature that
cascades down to the main swimming pool and the balcony is
furnished with a small table and chairs. Both benefit from sea
views.
Second Floor
The master bedroom occupies the whole of the second floor.
Floor to ceiling glass windows surround most of this spacious suite
and reveal plenty of greenery and sea and mountain views of Kalamar
Bay. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, wardrobe
space, sofa area, private furnished balcony and ensuite shower
room.
Third Floor
The final double bedroom is located on the third floor and
benefits from an ensuite shower room, wardrobe space, bedside
table and access to the roof terrace with sea and mountain views.
The roof terrace comprises an outdoor Jacuzzi bath, comfortable
sofa set and bar area with stools and a small fridge.
Outside
Villa Arcadia's outdoor area encompasses a private pool, sun
loungers and parasols, outdoor seating and an al-fresco dining area
with BBQ. This space has partial sea views and is surrounded by
plenty of greenery.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Arcadia can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Arcadia and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Arcadia as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Villa Arcadia. Our host was helpful and quick to respond when we had a couple of queries and discretely attended the villa a couple of times throughout our week to maintain the pool area. Overall, we would definitely recommend this villa. PROS: The villa is in a good location, just 5 minutes walk to the highstreet in Kalamar Bay for cafes/restaurants and a couple of local shops. It was about 20-25 minutes walk to the main town of Kalkan, which we did a few times for shopping/eating out. The villa was in a quiet location, but you can still walk down to a couple of beach clubs (Lures, Kalamar Bay, Kulube Hotel) which were all lovely. The villa itself was clean, modern, and we loved that all the rooms had a unique feature (plunge pool, top terrace etc.) the aircon was good and clean (we have heard reviews about other aircon making people ill in Turkey) and the welcome pack on arrival was generous! The kitchen is great and has everything you need, and the water cooler meant we didn't have to lug endless bottles of water from the shop which was great. Minor cons: The villa is modern in style, and whilst beautiful, is very echo-ey! There are a LOT of stairs to reach the top floors/terrace, which could be bad for people with mobility issues so beware. The villa is road side, so whilst it is in a quiet area and we didn't often feel overlooked, the glass wall of the pool is straight onto a corner junction and was often looked into by people walking by. The pool gets the sun in the afternoon, whilst the top terrace is sunny from about 9am, so there is option for both sun-lovers and shade-lovers! However, there are several trees that block the afternoon sunshine by the pool so if you're a real sun-worshipper keep this in mind. Lastly, as with most locations in Kalkan, it is VERY hilly! We found the taxis to be cheap and easy to get for the walk back from town so not really an issue, but still something to be aware of.
