In our opinion, The Water's Edge 5 gives guests a superb holiday
experience providing an enchanting place to relax and is just one
in a handful of Kalkan properties to boast a sunbathing area with
direct access to the sea. The Water's Edge 5 is situated in a
quiet part of Kalamar Bay over on the west side and provides its
guests with a tranquil slice of paradise.
The property is part of a 7 villa development which share
a beach club style split level sunbathing area by the
shore. Each property has its own designated area with ample sun
loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

Interior
Indoors, an inviting open plan space comprises a well-equipped
kitchen and dining area, lounge with Flat Screen TV and master
bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Stone feature walls and modern
fittings and furnishings compliment each other, whilst large glass
sliding doors flood the interior with natural light and open out
onto the pool terrace where guests can enjoy the wonderful
views.
Outside
The outdoor area is sure to impress and is centred around a
private pool where guests can take a refreshing dip to cool off
from the warmth of the Mediterranean sun. An al-fresco dining
table for two, sun loungers and a comfortable seating area provide
plenty of areas for guests to relax, and the additional sunbathing
platforms by the sea offer yet another space for guests to enjoy
and make the most of their holiday.
The property is part of a development along with 6 other Water's
Edge properties which lend themselves well to accommodating
larger groups in any combination of the villas and all 7 can be
booked together (subject to availability) if required. Ideal for
larger family or friendship groups, or even wedding guests who
would like to holiday together but still have their own space.

Accommodation Only Bookings
The Water's Edge 5 can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

The Water's Edge 5 is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
