The villa boasts an impressive infinity pool and Jacuzzi, along with a variety of spaces to lounge and dine whilst relaxing and enjoying the view. Despite its elevated setting, the villa is conveniently located within walking distance of local amenities and the popular Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube Beach Clubs. For a taste of local charm, the old town is just a 25-minute walk away or a quick drive by taxi.

Outside Space
The outdoor space of the villa is designed to offer both relaxation and entertainment while maximizing the panoramic sea and mountain views. At the heart of the space is an infinity pool, featuring a raised shallow section perfect for cooling off, along with a separate Jacuzzi for unwinding. The expansive terrace is laid out with various lounging areas and an al-fresco dining space, all positioned to capture the scenic views and provide an inviting setting for guests.

Surrounding the pool, there are 10 sun loungers, 2 double day beds, and 3 large parasols, providing ample spots to relax in the sun. Off to the side, a shaded pergola covers a dining table that seats 12, along with an outdoor kitchenette equipped with a stone BBQ, sink and wine fridge. Nearby, a built-in stone sofa with cushions and a coffee table offers a comfortable shady retreat. 

At the rear of the villa guests can enjoy additional amenities, including a further cushioned seating area, a swing seat, a garden bar, and a table tennis table for added entertainment. Behind the garden bar there is a utility containing an ice maker, fridge, sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

Ground Floor 
The villa's interior is bright, contemporary, and thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout that effortlessly combines style and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, provides everything you need for convenient self-catering. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area comfortably seats six guests. The spacious lounge area includes a plush L-shaped sofa, a cosy armchair, SMART TV, and stylish coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors extend across the entire living space, offering sea views and direct access to the pool terrace. A convenient WC is also located on this floor. 

There is one bedroom located on the ground floor. This is a double bedroom with a King size bed and en-suite shower room. Floor to ceiling glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace and offer guests sea views. 

First Floor 
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each benefitting from access to the large wrap-around balcony via floor to ceiling glass doors. The balcony boasts uninterrupted sea views and a small table and chairs set for each room. Two of these bedrooms are doubles with a King size bed and the other is a twin bedroom which can be configured as a double on request. All three have an en-suite shower room. 

Second Floor 
The second floor is dedicated to the fifth bedroom, boasting an en-suite shower room, King size bed and freestanding bathtub. Floor to ceiling glass doors open up the striking sea views and lead out onto the spacious roof terrace where a comfortable lounge set awaits. 

Annex
On a separate level from the main house there is a one bedroom suite which is accessed separately from the main villa, offering an ideal option for older teenagers/young adults looking for independence or maybe a couple looking for a little more peace and privacy. The suite is complete with a twin bedroom which can be configured as a double on request, an en-suite shower room and a private sea view balcony furnished with a table and chairs. *
