Kalamar Villa 2 in the Kalamar bay area of Kalkan offers spacious and stylish villa accommodation for up to 6 guests, a private infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi section and some wonderful sea views from many parts of the property. Kalkan's vibrant dining scene, shopping and the beach are around 20-25 minutes away (5 minutes in a taxi) and the popular beach club at Kalamar is close by. This villa can be booked with the adjacent property Kalamar Villa 1 also with 3 bedrooms enabling larger groups to travel together.
Ground floor
The open plan ground floor of the property comprises of a fitted
kitchen area equipped to self cater with modern island unit, a
dining area for 6 and a lounge space furnished with an L shaped
sofa, coffee table, and media unit with large screen TV. Almost the
entire frontage of the property is glass and can be opened up to
extend the living space outside to the swimming pool
terrace. The flat-screen TV in the living room comes with
Digiturk digital package including kids' pack, sports pack and news
pack - BBC, CNN and all major channels in English including
documentary channels. DVD player and iPod/iPhone docking station
are also provided. The utility/laundry room with washing
machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board is also located on this
floor.
First floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - The master bedroom is one of two on this
floor. It is a lovely light filled room with large sliding glass
doors to the wrap around balcony which has views of the sea and
pool. The room has an en-suite shower room. The second first floor
bedroom, a twin also has a balcony with lovely views and an
en-suite shower room.
Second floor (roof terrace
level)
Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located
on this floor and has access to the roof terrace through large
glass sliding doors. Please note the ceiling height is partially
restricted in this bedroom. A spacious roof terrace with
Jacuzzi tub has open sea views and is furnished with outdoor
seating for relaxing sundowners.
Outdoor space
The pool terrace features a private infinity pool which overlooks
the Turquoise Sea and Snake and Mouse Islands. The pool is lined
with ample sun loungers and parasols, and there is also an
al-fresco dining area which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
There is a BBQ.

Kalamar Villa 2 can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Kalamar Villa 2 and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Kalamar Villa 2 as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. This property was perfect for our family of 4. The location had lots to offer, ie local restaurants and bars so no need to go into Kalkan if you did not feel like it. Also Kalamar Beach Club was great and not too busy at all. The villa location was very quiet which is a real bonus for us. An easy 15-20 minute walk into Kalkan.
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tlos II, it was everything that was promised. It was perfect for our needs and had the most spectacular views. The gardens and beautiful infinity pool area were looked after meticulously. It was a great location and the accommodation was well furnished and appointed throughout.
