Kalamar Villa 1 in the Kalamar bay area of Kalkan offers spacious and stylish villa accommodation for up to 6 guests, a private infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi section and some wonderful sea views from many parts of the property. Kalkan's vibrant dining scene, shopping and the beach are around 20-25 minutes away (5 minutes in a taxi) and the popular beach club at Kalamar is close by.
Ground floor
A lounge area with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the
pool terrace at one end and a kitchen, equipped to self cater and
with modern island unit and separate dining area at the other
comprise the open plan living area. There is also a cloak room/WC
and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and
ironing board on this floor. Large sliding glass doors to the front
and side of the living area introduce lots of natural light as well
as bringing some wonderful sea views into the living
space. The flat-screen TV in the living room has a Digiturk
digital package including kids' pack, sports pack and news pack
including BBC, CNN and all major channels in English including
documentary channels. A DVD player and iPod/iPhone docking are also
provided. Unlimited WiFi is provided for Turquoise Collection
guests.
First floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - The master bedroom is one of two on this
floor. It is a lovely light filled room with large sliding glass
doors to the wrap around balcony which has views of the sea and
pool. The room has a useful separate dressing room and en-suite
bathroom with shower, double sinks and a Jacuzzi bath. The other
bedroom on this floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower
room and a balcony with lovely views.
Second floor (roof terrace
level)
Bedroom 5 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room and
dressing area is located on this floor and has direct access to the
roof terrace through large sliding glass doors (please note the
ceiling height is partially restricted in this
bedroom).
A spacious roof terrace with Jacuzzi tub is also located on this
floor with open sea views and is furnished with outdoor seating for
relaxing sundowners.
Outdoor space
Attractive stone walling form the perimeter of the outside space
and the terrace wraps around the property to create some great
areas for alfresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The infinity
pool has a slightly raised Jacuzzi area with seating and is a great
spot to enjoy evening sun. A pergola to the front of the property
provides shade for the rattan seating and dining area.

This villa can be booked with the adjacent property Kalamar Villa 2 also with 3
bedrooms enabling larger groups to travel together.

Kalamar Villa 1 can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Kalamar Villa 1 and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Kalamar Villa 1 as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
