Villa Tranquillity sits in a wonderful position enjoying spectacular views down a lush rural valley and beyond to the Mediterranean and islands. The chosen name of Tranquillity reflects its' blissfully peaceful location in the foothills of the Taurus mountains in the village of Islamlar, a delightful area of outstanding natural beauty full of olive groves and vineyards. Villa Tranquillity is situated on a generous plot and provides a high degree of privacy for guests as there are no neighbouring properties which can overlook the villa. It feels far removed from busy Kalkan, yet is only 10 minutes drive of all this resort has to offer. This is a large property that accommodates up to 12 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms. Wrap around balconies, a roof terrace, large garden, substantial private pool and surrounding terrace provide for some wonderful outside spaces to relax, dine and enjoy the southern Mediterranean climate and breath-taking views.

Accommodation is arranged over 4 floors at Villa Tranquillity plus the addition of a large open roof terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned and there is wireless internet throughout.
First floor (entrance level)
Entrance to the property is via a gravel driveway that leads to the side/rear of the property where there is plenty of parking. Double doors open to the first floor living area. The generous sized open plan living space comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for entertaining guests and a living area with ample seating and an LED TV with movies, UK sports TV, a Playstation 4 & XBOX. 
The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave and a central island perfect for self catering with plenty of room to prepare meals. The dining area comfortably seats 8. 
Elegantly furnished throughout, the living area provides a comfortable space with warm accent coloured furniture standing out against the crisp white walls. There is a fireplace feature and an LED TV and DVD player with an generous movie library perfect for keeping everyone entertained. A W/C is also located by the front entrance.
A stone staircase leads you to the upper floors where 4 of the bedrooms are located or down another staircase to the remaining 2 bedrooms.
The bedrooms at Villa Tranquillity offer spacious and beautifully appointed accommodation. 
Ground floor
Bedroom 1 - On the ground floor you will find a twin bedded room with en-suite facilities and direct access to the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2 - There is also a double bedroom on this level with glass doors providing direct access to the pool and garden. Guests staying in this room would use the adjacent bathroom which also serves as a ground floor W/C. 
Second floor
Bedroom 3 - On this floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub positioned to enjoy scenic views out to the mountains. A large furnished balcony allows you the perfect opportunity to relax and watch the sun go down.
Bedroom 4 - You will find yet another king bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room and large walk out balcony with sea and mountain views.
Bedroom 5 - The final bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with en-suite facilities and views of the hills and countryside.
Third floor and roof terrace
Bedroom 6 - The third floor comprises a twin bedroom and separate gym facilities including an exercise bike, multi gym machine, skipping rope and yoga mat. Please note, there is no bathroom or W/C located on the third floor, guests staying in this bedroom would need to use the facilities on a different floor. Glass doors open up from this level onto a furnished roof terrace with sea and mountain views.
The roof top is furnished with a day bed and also a telescope, perfect for stargazing!
Outdoor area
A substantial 18m x 6m private fresh water pool is found at the front of the property. The surrounding garden and terraces provide  several sunny and shady spots to relax. Here you will find a BBQ under the grape canopy for those who would rather entertain outside. There are cushioned sun loungers, parasols, a rattan swing chair, a cabana, and an outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a table tennis table and a large volley ball area with a net.
