The ground floor of Villa Kuzey features an open-plan lounge and kitchen-diner. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self-catering, complete with an island and a dining table seating for four. The lounge area includes a large sofa, armchair, coffee table and flat-screen TV. A WC is also located on this floor, along with a cinema room boasting reclining seats, a large screen, a Playstation and sound system. The open-plan space is complimented by full-length glass sliding doors that open onto the pool terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

First floor
The second floor features two bedrooms: one twin and one double. Both bedrooms share access to a large, furnished balcony boasting sea and mountain views. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, with the double room additionally featuring a treadmill and a Jacuzzi bath for added indulgence.

Outdoor area
The outdoor space at Villa Kuzey is centered around a large private infinity pool, which includes a shallow children's pool section (approx L 1.5m x W 4m x D 0.50m). Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and parasols, along with a comfortable seating set and cushioned swing seat for relaxation. A covered poolside dining area offers an al-fresco setting with a table for four and a stone BBQ for outdoor meals. The villa also has a table tennis table for additional entertainment.
