Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Güney features an open-plan lounge and kitchen-diner. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self-catering, complete with an island and bar stool seating for four. The lounge area includes a large sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and table football. A WC is also located on this floor, along with a cinema room boasting reclining seats, a large screen, a Playstation and sound system. The open-plan space is complimented by full-length glass sliding doors that open onto the pool terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

First floor
The second floor features two bedrooms: one twin and one double. Both bedrooms share access to a large, furnished balcony boasting sea and mountain views. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, with the double room additionally featuring a Jacuzzi bath for added indulgence.

Outdoor area
The outdoor space at Villa Güney is centered around a large private infinity pool, which includes an integrated Jacuzzi section. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and parasols, along with a comfortable seating set for relaxation. A covered poolside dining area offers an al-fresco setting with a table for four and a stone BBQ for outdoor meals. To the side of the villa, a traditional Turkish Koşk provides a great spot to unwind and enjoy mountain views, sheltered by a pergola with a curtain system for privacy. The lower pool terrace features a table tennis table and a swing seat. 

Villa Güney can also be booked alongside the neighboring Villa Kuzey, providing an ideal solution for larger groups seeking to enjoy a holiday together while retaining the option for individual privacy and space.
