The Sisters Villa | TC9511 | Rhodes - Two bedroom villa with private pool (Prices in Euros)

Very nice house with a great swimming pool and outside area. Full equiped kitchen with everything you need available. Location good, close to Faliraki/Afandou and 5 min from the ocean. Restaurants, supermarket, bakery, kiosk all in walking distance from the house. The host Tina is amazing, very friendly, gives a lot of information and is always available when needed.

The house is next to a (semi busy road), but for us it was not a issue during our stay. The bathroom and shower is not so modern. A rain shower should be the minimum for such a nice and modern house. Price/quality the bathroom is the only thing that could be better. Outside shower should also be nice.

Perfect house in perfect shape. 

Arriving at the villa, we were greeted by the local property manager who was very welcoming and super nice. She explained to us about the villa and its facilities. The villa is equipped with everything you need and more. We had a lot of questions and the local property manager always helped and answered with wonderful patience. The villa is very clean and everything is made to the best of standards. Excellent and quiet location minutes away from the center.

This villa is perfect. The location is quiet and secluded, passing cars were not an issue or in view. The pool is very well maintained and regularly treated and kept clean. The pool is a good size and one depth throughout @ 1.3m. The jacuzzi section of the pool was equally comfortable and a nice area to sit with a book. There are steps into the pool making it easy to get in/out. The outside area is spacious and has plenty of seating either in the shade or the sun. The outside is modern and the very best care has been taken when planning the layout and picking the furniture. The villa is equally spacious, modern, clean and has home from home conveniences. The decor throughout was homely, all rooms are a good size and very clean. The beds are comfortable with foam mattresses and both bedrooms have plenty of storage. There is a main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, plus a separate toilet and sink room. The bedrooms have doors to the outside area and all windows and doors have shutters on the outside which not only makes it super safe but also helps keep the sun/light out during the early mornings. There is a laundry room with a washing machine which came in very useful. The aircon throughout is very good too. The location is ideal but a car is recommended. We walked to Falaraki and it took about 25mins. Rhodes old town is about 20 mins by car and Lindos about 40mins. The villa comes with a secure driveway and electric door. Above everything else, the host, the local property manager was AMAZING! She greeted us upon arrival and offered us drinks, gave us some info about the surrounding areas and pointed us towards a shop open to 1am. The local property manager also shared her number before our arrival and was on hand during the two weeks for any questions we had, The service was exceptional and the local property manager went above and beyond to help us.

The place was brilliantly clean Equipped with all the things necessary for family living The pool was well maintained Tina welcomed us warmly with lots of information regarding activities, restaurants and recommendations. We really enjoyed the facilities The location was perfect Close to a supermarket. The parking was perfect with a gate and remote control all the little things had been thought of, even toothbrushes. When we left at half past six in the morning, Tina came to greet us goodbye and make sure we had a good time.
