Inside the property there is a warm and welcome feel throughout the villa with a touch of home away from home but with those all important spoilers to make you feel special during your stay.


Accommodation overview
Emarmene Country Home is a well-equipped property located in Koskinou which is renowned for the distinctive colourful architecture at its timeless centre. As you walk along the brightly painted streets you will come across unique courtyards decorated with mosaics and plants, this is certainly a sight to see while in Rhodes. The property is located a short 1.2 miles from Faliraki Beach and 1.4 miles from Oasis Beach. The property itself offers spacious living with plenty of room for up to 10 guests, the outdoor area has BBQ facilities and a lovely poolside. The inside of the property has a modern yet authentic theme throughout presenting itself as a traditional Greek home.

Ground floor
The main door of Emarmene Country Home opens directly into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. As you walk through the wooden door there is a small breakfast table with 5 chairs, opposite this is a large L shaped cushioned sofa with a square coffee table on top of a rug. Continuing through to the right is the staircase to take you to the first floor. The Kitchen is located within this vicinity making this a subtle open planned space. This country kitchen is airy and well equipped with plenty of cupboard space. The garden/ pool area can be accessed via the kitchen. As you walk through the sliding doors the outside dining area and BBQ facilities can be found. The dining table has three chairs and an L shaped cushioned bench with plenty of seating space. This area of the outdoor space overlooks a large patio area, the pool, and the natural surroundings. The pool has 5 sunbeds and 3 cushioned sofas around a coffee table, this area of the property is the ideal sun trap perfect for those sunbathing days. The first of 5 bedrooms is on the ground floor, this bedroom has twin beds which can also be made into a double upon request, The room has a bedside nightstand, a wardrobe and air conditioning, there is also a bathroom on this floor. Towels and toilet essentials are provided. 
First floor
The first floor can be accessed via the open planned living area between the living room and the kitchen. This floor is home to three further bedrooms. Two of these are double bedrooms and one has a king-sized bed. Each bedroom is furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The larger room with the king-sized bed has a well sized en suite bathroom with access to towels and toiletries. For the other two bedrooms there is a large bathroom again with towels and toiletries. Two of the bedrooms on this floor have balcony access with mountain and garden views. 
Attic apartment
The fifth bedroom is located within the property; however this room has more privacy, this has its very own patio area which opens out on the pool/garden area. There is a small kitchenette and living area with a cushioned sofa and coffee table, just behind the living area is a staircase which leads up to a double bedroom with a good-sized bathroom equipped with towels and necessary toiletries. The bedroom has a wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. 
Location 
This villa is a 10 minute drive from shops, restaurants and bars, and only a few minutes drive from some of the most popular beaches on Rhodes Island. Rhodes Town is also just 20 minutes away and Lindos 30 minutes. The closest supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive.

Pricing: All prices are in EUROS (€)

Housekeeping Fee: A non refundable amount of 175€ (EUR) per stay is payable to us on your arrival for housekeeping.

Security/Breakages Deposit: You will be required to provide us, in cash on arrival 500€ (EUR), which we will hold against any losses, damage or any other charges you occur during your stay at the property. The costs of any losses, damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party, or any other charges you or your party incur during your stay will be deducted from your security/breakages deposit with the residue refunded back to you upon check out.

Deposit: A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. 

Final Balance Payment: The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure and a refundable €500 security/damage deposit will need to be paid in cash upon your arrival at the villa.
