Inside the property there is a warm and welcome feel throughout the villa with a touch of home away from home but with those all important spoilers to make you feel special during your stay.
Accommodation overview
Emarmene Country Home is a well-equipped property
located in Koskinou which is renowned for the distinctive colourful
architecture at its timeless centre. As you walk along the brightly
painted streets you will come across unique courtyards decorated
with mosaics and plants, this is certainly a sight to see while in
Rhodes. The property is located a short 1.2 miles from Faliraki
Beach and 1.4 miles from Oasis Beach. The property itself
offers spacious living with plenty of room for up to 10 guests, the
outdoor area has BBQ facilities and a lovely poolside. The inside
of the property has a modern yet authentic theme throughout
presenting itself as a traditional Greek home.
Ground
floor
The main door of Emarmene Country Home opens directly
into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. As you walk
through the wooden door there is a small breakfast table with 5
chairs, opposite this is a large L shaped cushioned sofa with a
square coffee table on top of a rug. Continuing through to the
right is the staircase to take you to the first floor. The Kitchen
is located within this vicinity making this a subtle open planned
space. This country kitchen is airy and well equipped with plenty
of cupboard space. The garden/ pool area can be accessed via the
kitchen. As you walk through the sliding doors the outside dining
area and BBQ facilities can be found. The dining table has three
chairs and an L shaped cushioned bench with plenty of seating
space. This area of the outdoor space overlooks a large patio area,
the pool, and the natural surroundings. The pool has 5 sunbeds and
3 cushioned sofas around a coffee table, this area of the property
is the ideal sun trap perfect for those sunbathing days. The
first of 5 bedrooms is on the ground floor, this bedroom has twin
beds which can also be made into a double upon request, The room
has a bedside nightstand, a wardrobe and air conditioning, there is
also a bathroom on this floor. Towels and toilet essentials are
provided.
First floor
The first floor can be accessed via the open planned living
area between the living room and the kitchen. This floor is
home to three further bedrooms. Two of these are double bedrooms
and one has a king-sized bed. Each bedroom is furnished with
bedside tables, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The larger room
with the king-sized bed has a well sized en suite bathroom with
access to towels and toiletries. For the other two bedrooms there
is a large bathroom again with towels and toiletries. Two of the
bedrooms on this floor have balcony access with mountain and garden
views.
Attic apartment
The fifth bedroom is located within the property; however
this room has more privacy, this has its very own patio area which
opens out on the pool/garden area. There is a small kitchenette and
living area with a cushioned sofa and coffee table, just behind the
living area is a staircase which leads up to a double bedroom with
a good-sized bathroom equipped with towels and necessary
toiletries. The bedroom has a wardrobe, nightstand and air
conditioning.
Location
This villa is a 10 minute drive from shops, restaurants and bars,
and only a few minutes drive from some of the most popular beaches
on Rhodes Island. Rhodes Town is also just 20 minutes away and
Lindos 30 minutes. The closest supermarkets are within a 5 minute
drive.

Pricing: All prices are in EUROS (€)
Climate Change Tax: A 4€ per nigh climate charnge tax is payable on arrivel in cash.
Housekeeping Fee: For stays less than 5 nights a non refundable amount of 175€ (EUR) per stay is payable to us on your arrival for housekeeping.
Security/Breakages Deposit: You will be required to provide us, in cash on arrival 500€ (EUR), which we will hold against any losses, damage or any other charges you occur during your stay at the property. The costs of any losses, damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party, or any other charges you or your party incur during your stay will be deducted from your security/breakages deposit with the residue refunded back to you upon check out.
Deposit: A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811.
Final Balance Payment: The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure and a refundable €500 security/damage deposit will need to be paid in cash upon your arrival at the villa.

The amazing host Tina took care of everything for us, including snacks, recommendations, and answers to any questions during our vacation. The house complex is very beautiful with a nice pool, gas grill, and a stunning garden table. The location of the house was excellent, about fifteen minutes from many central places.
When booking, it was not stated that one of the rooms was disabled (a separate housing unit). Although it did not spoil our vacation and we even had the option to cancel without penalty, we might not have booked if we had known this fact in advance. The showers were open without doors, which was a shame because it splashed all over the floor and not all the doors closed properly.

Exceptional Villa!
Absolutely beautiful villa with gorgeous outside space and pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic beds! Tina could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend eating out in Koskinou.
Very spacious, clean, comfortable house. Very friendly, helpful host. Great location on the island and lovely local tavernas. We brought pool towels but they seemed to be provided. Lots of hand soap at every sink which was helpful.
We liked the pool though worth noting it is very shallow so adults can't swim lengths but great for cooling off and for the kids.
Everything was clean, really nice bathrooms and lovely large common areas with room for all 12 of us. But the best of all was the host, Tina helped us with everything we needed, from Taxi, shopping, recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. It was great to have her as a safety net if there was anything we needed. And we never had any doubt that she wanted the best for us. On the last day, one of us was prevented from traveling home due to ear infection, so Tina came and helped pick up medicine and made sure we found a place we could be.
There was nothing we didn't like, everything was as we had dreamed of and more.
Villa was spacious and private, with excellent facilities. also it was very helpful that Ms Tina met us on the first night, and sorted out some issues we had. very pleased with it
There were some animals (cats) at the property (which is quite common in Rhodes) which could be a problem for those with allergies. also the hot water wasn't consistently strong but not a big issue.
Everything was perfect. It's a very nice and tidy house. Tina was the perfect housekeeper, she welcomed us with a drink and a serving.
Fantastic host of the accommodation - you can't find a better one! Super sweet and helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants, beaches and experiences. We were there while there were forest fires to the south but didn't notice anything. Our host was really good at informing and reassuring us. Good beds and conditions in general. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All in all a really nice place.
If there is a downside, it is that the swimming pool was not as big and deep as expected. But otherwise there is nothing negative about this experience.
Tina was an exceptional host and made sure we were comfortable, answered any questions we had and helped us to ensure we had the best stay and visited the best places in Rhodes.The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, each room is spacious and there is a lovely garden space with a pool. All the upstairs rooms had a balcony and the kitchen/living room is spacious and has everything you need. I would highly recommend!

The quality of the property was only exceeded by how amazing the host was. She sorted so many recommendations for us, transport, luggage store, bookings, basically made the trip. Even took us to the supermarket on the first night!
Tina was the best host ever! We got welcome snacks, drinks & she always answers our questions really quick. Furthermore she gave us tips for going out, restaurants & also places to chill. The acommodation was exactly as we expected it to be!
Large, clean and bright House, well equipped with all you need to live comfortably. The garden with a little vineyard, a pool and a beautiful garden, is very well kept. As you need to rent a car if you want to visit the island, the position is very good. The host is amazing, so welcoming and caring. She gives lots of very good tip for all your needs (restaurants, shops, markets, place to visit and many others). She makes you feel at ease as you were at home. Definitely the right place to stay in Rhodes!
The house is beautiful and was a great place for 9 girls! It has everything you need, AC working well, the pool is great on a hot day! It takes about 20mins by car to get to Rhodes town and same about of time to get to the airport.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Tina was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond and was so helpful! The villa was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was good, close to supermarkets, short car journey to Rhodes Town and to Faliraki. The house & pool area were amazing and exactly as photographed! Tina, the host, was amazing as well! Tina was easy to contact prior to our arrival and she arranged 'hen do' decorations and balloons for us, as we had requested :) The local knowledge was amazing and she recommended plenty for us to do, to make the most of our time on the island. Helen who works for the taxi company recommended by Tina was also amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone to use this. Tina was available to help with any issues and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for amazing memories at this gorgeous villa xx
We were a group of 7 adults & 4 children and we enjoyed our week in Koskinou. Lovely house and the hostess Tina is incredibly friendly and lovely! The swimming pool was nice for both children and adults. The kitchen was good for cooking and it was nice to spend time outside.
