Emarmene Agrotouristic Home offers a tranquil escape on the Greek island of Rhodes, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. This two-bedroom villa provides a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to local attractions. Home is a charming semi-detached villa. Surrounded by nature, it
invites you to unwind in a tranquil setting. Emarmene Agrotouristic
Home offers a spacious outdoor area designed for relaxation. A
covered patio with a thoughtfully crafted al fresco dining area
provides a comfortable setting for meals, inviting you to savor
local flavors while immersed in the peaceful natural
surroundings.
Ground Floor
Steeped in rustic charm the lower ground floor features an
open-plan design, thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation.
A well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a
self-catering holiday, making it ideal for longer stays. Adjacent
to the kitchen, a dining table seats four, with double doors that
open to the garden, inviting natural light and a seamless
indoor-outdoor flow. The living area offers a comfortable sofa and
a TV. On this floor there is a bedroom which offers a comfortable
bed and wardrobe with access to the garden. A conveniently located
bathroom with a shower completes this level.
First Floor
The master bedroom boasts a large glass double door that fills the
space with natural light and opens onto a spacious furnished
balcony, offering sea views. Enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of
your bed. Relax on the balcony table and chairs and soak in the
sun.

Climate Tax
You will be required to pay a Climate Tax on arrival in cash, at time of writing the tax is 4€ (EUR) per villa per night, please ask us for up-to-date information.
Minimum Stay
A 3 night minimum stay applies, subject to existing bookings.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of 85€ (EUR) is payable for each and every booking, payable in cash on arrival.
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 500€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Accommodation Only Bookings
Emarmene Agrotouiistic Home can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

Car Rental
We are unable to arrange car rental on Rhodes, however you will be able to arrange car rental online for pick up at Rhodes airport.
It was amazing house…. Unbelievable sea view, Greek style,
beauty all around. The property manager was very
friendly and helped me with anything. She cooked us a cake. I felt
myself at home. If you looking for beauty,
silence, nature, amazing views and others , you should stay in this
place. We used a car. It was 5 minutes by car to
go to the beach Traganou, others places are near too.
I will remember this house and I hope that I will come
again
The villa is beautiful. It is located in a strategic position to visit the island, half an hour from the city of Rhodes and the airport, very close to the sea, yet in an oasis of tranquility and silence. The structure is beautiful, brand new and furnished with great taste and functionality; the kitchen is equipped with everything and makes it suitable for long stays. The added value is the wonderful hospitality of Tina, the owner: She welcomed us with a welcome snack, gave us the bread made by her, gave us with extreme efficiency and precision perfect directions to restaurants, beaches, places to visit real and authentic. The villa has two double bedrooms, but only one small bathroom on the ground floor, so I think it's perfect for a single couple.
The Property Manager is a brilliant host - always on hand to offer advice and recommendations to make your stay special. Lots of lovely welcoming touches , such as a well stocked fridge and a series of home made treats. Great attention to detail - the villa was spotlessly clean on arrival with lots of useful items often missing in other lets - loads of utensils, cleaning stuff, and pantry essentials etc, basically everything you need to feel at home and to let you start enjoying your holiday from the start.
The Villa is in a good location , on a quiet hillside about a 10 minute drive to the coast and all the shops and restaurants at Faliraki. You'd need a car or scooter to make the most of the location and to explore the island. Would definitely recommend.
