Outdoor space
Villa Erato is surrounded by a smoothly landscaped garden and a
large pool terrace, shaded by wooden pergolas, and offering
multiple sitting spots and an alfresco dining area, where you will
savor meals with a view to infinite blue. The highlight outdoors is
- what else - the large private pool in line with the magnificent
view. Place your sunbed on the lawn and spend laid-back evenings
taking photos of the view. Surprise your loved ones with a
Mediterranean meal and dine under the starry Mykonos sky. Pure
magic!
Inside space
Modern and minimal, villa Erato is equipped with all kinds of
facilities you could ask for when on vacation. The open-plan spaces
along with the sunlight that jumps in through every window give a
sense of homely coziness. Your home away from home offers 2
spacious bedrooms, one of which is master, all featuring an
en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, A/C, and flat-screen TV. Luxury and
comfort combined for your comfort only.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with king-size bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, flat screen TV, desk, safe box, direct access to the yard.
Bedroom 2 - Bedroom with twin beds (can be joined to forma double bed), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, flat screen TV, desk, mirror, direct access to the yard.
Living Space - Open plan living room with satellite TV, dining area, Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, laundry room, and guest WC.
Good to know
Located just a 20 minute drive from the airport, Villa Erato
is located close to Elia Beach, with the beach (5 minute drive/15
minute walk) where you can hire sunloungers or have a drink and a
bite to eat at one of he handful restaurant along the beach.

Climate Tax
You will be required to pay a Climate Tax on arrival in cash, at time of writing the tax is 15€ (EUR) per villa per night, please ask us for up-to-date information.
Minimum Stay
A 5 night minimum stay applies for stays in July & August, whilst a 4 night minimum stay applies for stays in June & September.
Check-in
Check in is available between 15:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 11:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 1000€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made less than 60 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Erato can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 30% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Erato is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
