The Villa
The ground floor of Villa Seabreeze 1
features an open-plan layout comprising a fully equipped kitchen,
dining area, and living space. It seamlessly connects to the
outdoor terrace, offering further outdoor relaxation and dining
opportunities. The first floor
accommodates three double bedrooms, each boasting en-suite
bathrooms and access to a balcony.
Outdoor Space
The outdoor space of this villa is a true highlight,
featuring an al-fresco dining area complete with a BBQ, comfortable
lounge furniture, and sun loungers which surround the L-shaped
swimming pool. Just a few meters from the sea, the inviting pool

villa
Villa Seabreeze 1 located in Vinisce on the
Trogir Riviera, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the
mainland, most people visiting the Trogir Riviera would
organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting
your rental car it is a 35 minute drive to the villa.
Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged from Spilt Airport
to the villa.

Mandatory charges
A one off payment of 540€ (cleaning fee of 470€ and regisitration fee of 70€) will be payable with any booking at Seabreeze 1.

Swimming pool heating is available in advance, upon request at an additional charge, please speak with us for more information.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Seabreeze 1 can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Property Manager Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Seabreeze 1 is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
