The Villa 
Surrounded by lush nature, scenic beaches, amazing gardens, and easy direct sea access with space for a private mooring, Villa Extravaganza is a stand-out property for the most memorable holiday in this captivating corner of the Mediterranean. The villa's elegant interior, ultimate attention to detail and high-end equipment offers both modern convenience and luxury. In addition to the main living spaces, the villa offers four spacious bedrooms each featuring a contemporary modern design in grey and natural wood with contrasting gold-effect light fittings. Each room has a super king size bed, wardrobe, desk area, bedside tables, comfy chairs and ensuite bathroom with shower. Extravaganza features a large living area of 300 square meters (3.230 sf) and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The open-plan living area comprises of a lounge space, dining room and fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor of the villa. The lounge features plush blue sofas and contrasting grey armchairs with a stylish nest of coffee tables and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open out to the dining terrace.Behind the lounge area, the elegant dining set can be found and the whole space is decorated in a sophisticated grey with abstract art to compliment the surroundings. Sliding doors to the side of the space open out on to another terrace with comfortable Acapulco style chairs and coffee table. The stairwell separates the lounge/dining space from the sleek modern kitchen with its monochrome and marble design. The stairwell is a work of art in itself consisting of natural wood, glass and super modern light fittings that cascade the full length of the building as the steps descend.The villa's guests will also enjoy additional exclusive perks like an indoor gym, sauna, Apple TV with wireless surround-sound speaker system. Free Wi-Fi and AC are provided throughout the entire property.

Outdoor Space 
Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor entertaining and relaxing with special areas on each level of the property, all with a breath-taking view across the Adriatic Sea.The main space for dining and entertaining is on the ground floor shaded terrace with a glass balcony maximising the sea views and features a large dining set for the whole party to gather around and enjoy. A further seating area with relaxing Acapulco style chairs and coffee table is located on another terrace that benefits from the full sun on the same level.The lower ground floor has a large fully-decked terrace partly shaded with sun loungers for quiet moments with a good book or maybe a siesta. There is also a BBQ area to the side of the property on this level.The pool terrace features natural wood decking, wooden sun loungers and a shaded space with a cushioned lounge set and potted plants, all surrounding the heated infinity pool with hydromassage.Guests are provided with their own private parking.

Extravaganza is within a short driving distance to numerous cultural and historical attractions including the old town of Trogir, located just over 30 minutes away, and Split, around 1 hour 15 minutes, which are both included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The smaller village of Vinišće is also only a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find the closest shops and restaurants. Split Airport (SPU) is also conveniently just a 40 minute drive from the property.
