The Villa 
Villa Elena spans a generous plot of 930m2, elegantly spread across two floors. The villa boasts a contemporary, spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen complete with an inviting island, a stylish dining area, and four double bedrooms (two of which also have a single sofa bed available), each complimented by its own en suite bathroom with shower facilities. Additionally, the villa offers a laundry room and two separate toilets for guests' convenience.

Outdoor Space 
Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead guests out onto the terrace where a private pool takes centre stage. A variety of seating options including a sunken seating area, deck chairs and sun loungers are scattered around the pool offering guests plenty of spaces to relax, whilst a covered al-fresco dining area featuring a large dining table, fireplace and summer kitchen enables guests to enjoy meals altogether. Furthermore, a spacious roof terrace with views of the sea and charming old town benefits from a comfortable sofa seating area as well as some sun loungers. 

Local Area - Trogir Old Town 
With its picturesque setting and vibrant atmosphere, Trogir Old Town exudes medieval charm on its small island linked to both Croatia's mainland and Ciovo Island by a bridge. Getting to the villa
Villa Elena located on Ciovo Island in the Trogir Riviera, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting the Trogir Riviera would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 10-15 minute drive to Ciovo Island which can be reached via a bridge connecting the mainland to the Island. Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged from Spilt Airport to Ciovo Island.
