Villa Lea is a spacious, newly built villa with excellent views. It has a private heated pool, gym and sauna. The villa is located approximately a 25 minute walk from the town of Omis and a short walk to Brzet beach near by.

The Villa 
Villa Lea is located only few meters from the sea, and offer spectacular sea views. The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms (200 x 180 cm) which are located on the first floor and there are 6 bathrooms in total, all of which have a shower and two of the bathrooms have an additional bath tub.The ground floor comprises a large living and dining area with a glass wall that offers a magnificent sea view. A dining table can sit 8 people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for gourmet cooking, with dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, many cooking utensils and tableware. The lower ground floor is reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. It is a full height ground floor, built into the slope of the grounds. It houses a study room, a gym equipped with a TV, a sauna and a shower room. In the study there is a TV and a sofa, which can be converted to a double bed. A laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The first floor comprises 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have TV sets. The main double bedroom has a large private balcony with outdoor sofas and chairs. 

Outdoor Space 
Accessible from the living room, the terrace opens up to a spacious pool area adorned with six sun loungers and a parasol. Adjacent to this, the outdoor garden features a barbecue spot and a shaded dining area, perfect for savoring meals while witnessing the sunset over the sea. Additionally, a charming play area is nestled within this part of the garden 

Local Area - Omis
Villa Lea is located a short walk from Brzet beach and a 20 minute walk (3 minute drive) from the small town of Omiš, with the larger town of Split a further 35 minute drive. Omiš, nestled on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, is a captivating blend of natural beauty and rich history. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and the Cetina River, it offers breathtaking landscapes and medieval architecture, including the Mirabella and Starigrad Fortresses. Charming streets invite exploration, while local cuisine and culture add flavor to the experience. Omiš also hosts the Festival of Dalmatian Klapa, showcasing traditional Croatian singing. Villa Lea is located in Brzet near Omis, and the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Split Riviera would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 50-55 minute drive to Villa Lea from Split Airport. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Split Airport to Omis might be more suitable for your party.
