Situated in the small village of Bićine this villa sits just 1km from the Skadin and Krka waterfalls. The location of this villa is ideal for those looking to explore Croatia's incredible nature whilst also being near to the towns and cities.

The Villa 
Experience full relaxation in the picturesque area of Skradin. This villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, with the option to accommodate an additional 2 guests on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The villa property consists of two separate houses, offering a total of 5 bedrooms. Inside, you'll find two living rooms featuring indoor fireplaces, TVs, and stereo surround systems, and enjoy Wi-Fi throughout both houses. Additionally, there are two indoor and two outdoor kitchens, along with a spacious dining area for guests. To enhance your stay, the property boasts two swimming pools. Each of the five bedrooms is furnished with double beds and includes an en suite bathroom, equipped with either a shower cabin or a bathtub. 

Outdoor Space 
Outside, guests will find a captivating partially covered terrace, offering an ideal vantage point to admire the surrounding scenery or unwind on the deck chairs by the swimming pools. The pool spans an impressive 32 square meters in surface area. Additionally, the terrace is equipped with two stone barbecues and outdoor kitchens, ideal for alfresco dining under the stars during warm summer evenings. Adjacent to the two saunas, there are two additional toilets, as well as two outdoor hydro massage tubs on the property. For exploration, guests have access to six bicycles to venture through the national park area or simply revel in the serene beauty of Skradin. The outdoor space also provides entertainment for children with a slide and a playhouse, ensuring enjoyable moments amidst nature.

Villa Maris located in Sibenik Riviera, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Sibenik Riviera would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 1 hour drive to Villa Maris. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to the villa would be more preferable for your party.
