Introducing Villa Spectrum, a modern 3 bedroom villa accommodating up to 6 guests located in Orebić on the Pelješac peninsula. Featuring a large outdoor area with a private pool and sports court for your entertainment, Villa Spectrum has an impressive backdrop of the mountains and offers a beautiful view of the blue of the Pelješka Channel with its scattered islands of lush vegetation.

The Villa 
The accommodation is spread across one level and features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bed side tables, wardrobe space and a flat screen TV. The living area is open-plan and encompasses a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, and a lounge with an L-shaped sofa and a TV. The space is spanned with three sets of large, glass doors which enable direct access to the outside space and provide guests with breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains, greenery and sea. 

Outdoor Space 
The outdoor space is split over two levels. As you exit the villa, you are immediatley met with a spacious patio furnished with an outdoor dining table for 6 and a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, arranged to enable guests to enjoy the views. From here, steps ascend to the pool terrace area. This space features a good size private swimming pool surrounded by six sun loungers. Behind the pool guests can make the most of the kitchenette/BBQ area and another al-fresco dining space that seats up to 6. To the left of this area, a multi purpose sports court awaits and offers a place for guests to play games such as basketball, volleyball or badminton. There is also a trampoline. 

Local Area - Orebić
Orebić is a coastal town nestled on the southern coast of the Peljesac Peninsula in Croatia. Villa Spectrum located on the Peljesac Peninsula, the nearest airport would be Dubrovnik airport, most people visiting the Peljesac Peninsula would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a two hour drive to Villa Spectrum. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Dubrovnik airport to Orebić might be more suitable for your party.
