The Villa
The main living and dining area of the villa has an open plan
design with large glass doors that open out onto the terrace
outside, providing sea views. You will also find a fully equipped
kitchen.
Villa Marta has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There is also a pull out sofa which will accommodate an extra 2 guests if required. The villa has 3 bathrooms.
Outdoor Space
The outdoor area of Villa Marta features a private swimming pool
and garden, as well as access to a small private beach with
deck chairs, ideal for enjoying the sun by the sea. For those
looking to dine by the sea there is also an al fresco dining area
and BBQ.

villa
Villa Marta located on the Peljesac Peninsula, the nearest airport
would be Dubrovnik airport, most people
visiting the Peljesac Peninsula would organise car rental for
collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a
two hour drive to Villa Marta. Alternatively, perhaps a private
transfer from Dubrovnik airport to Orebić might be more
suitable for your party.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day, subject to availability, a minimum stay of 7 nights between 1st June and 13th Sepetember, and a minimum stay of 3 nights for all other dates.
Check-in
Check in is available between 16:00 (pm) and 22:00 (pm), check-in after 22:00 is upon request in advance and a late check in fee may be payable.
Check-out
Check out is strictly before 10:00 (am)
Security Deposit
A Security deposit of 500€ is payable either in advance or in cash on arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Marta can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 40% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
Villa Marta is not available to book as part of a holiday package with flights.
