Villa Ana is a traditional stone villa situated in the small town of Orebić, on the peninsula of Pelješac. The villa is located right on the beachfront, giving guests the option to swim in the sea or make use of the private swimming pool. Decorated in a traditional style with modern elements, Villa Ana comprises of a kitchen, dining and living area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 7-9 guests.

The Villa 
The main living area of the villa comprises of a lounge and dining area. There are comfortable sofas set around an indoor fire place and TV. The indoor dining area seats up to 6 guests. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen. 

Villa Ana has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There are also two extra single beds allowing the villa to accommodate up to 9 guests if required. The villa has 3 bathrooms. 

Outdoor Space 
The outdoor area of Villa Ana features a private swimming pool and outdoor dining area, perfect for spending quality time with your family and friends. There is also a comfy seating area, plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ. In addition, guests can access the beach from the outdoor area.

Villa Ana located on the Peljesac Peninsula, the nearest airport would be Dubrovnik airport, most people visiting the Peljesac Peninsula would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a two hour drive to Villa Ana. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Dubrovnik airport to Orebić might be more suitable for your party.
