Villa Rosa is a modern 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and gym, offering guests a seamless blend of comfort and practicality in an ideal location on the beachfront. The property's location commands incredible sea and mountain views, and is within walking distance of local beaches, a handful of restaurants/taverns and shops. The villa's close proximity to Trogir's Old Town also makes it an excellent base for your holiday to Croatia. The extensive outdoor space, featuring a variety of seating options, a refreshing swimming pool and al fresco dining area, invites guests to relax and enjoy time together.

The Villa 
Villa Rosa is arranged over two floors and offers a contemporary space designed with an open plan layout. The kitchen area incorporates an island unit, dining table seating 8 guests, and is fully equipped to facilitate a self-catering holiday. The living area features two large cushioned sofas, a coffee table and LCD/SAT TV. Both the kitchen and living areas have direct access to the pool terrace with sea views via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Villa Rosa also benefits from a well-equipped gym and a second, smaller room with a mini kitchen, dining table and seating, also with access to the outdoor terrace.

Upstairs, guests can find 4 bedrooms each with a King size bed and a light and airy design. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the remaining two bedrooms are able to use the third bathroom. The two bedrooms at the front of the villa also benefit from breath-taking sea views. 

Outdoor Space 
At the centre of the outside space is Villa Rosa's good size private pool (heating is available on request), Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Relax on the sun loungers or comfortable seating area, and enjoy freshly prepared meals in the al-fresco dining area, which guests can create in the summer kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace and an electric grill. 

Local Area - Slatine
Slatine is a tranquil village on the northeastern side of Ciovo Island in Croatia. Known for its beautiful beaches like Kava Beach, clear waters, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, it's perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and boat trips. Visitors can explore cultural sites such as the Gospe od Prizidnice Sanctuary and the Church of the Assumption, enjoy hiking and biking trails, and savour local cuisine in its restaurants and taverns.

Getting to the villa
Villa Rosa located on Ciovo Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Ciovo Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 20 minute drive to Slatine on Ciovo Island which can be reached via a bridge connecting the mainland to the Island. Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged from Spilt Airport to Ciovo Island.
