With a spacious interior and exterior in mind, the recently renovated Villa Turquoise Southern Sun was built in the 1950's. It is ideal for larger family or friend groups as it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The villa has a large swimming pool with counter current system and a hydro massage tub, its own badminton court, tavern in the cellar and traditional stone bread oven. Alongside this, there is something to keep every one of your guests entertained during your stay, as the villa comes with a chessboard, pool table and table football, darts & dartboard, PlayStation 3 and two mountain bikes. With peaceful and mountainous surroundings, the villa is located in the small village of Vitaljina, in the Konavle region of Croatia, approximately 45 Kilometres from the city of Dubrovnik.
Basement
The basement is mostly taken up by an old tavern which
benefits from a large dining area and stone fireplace/oven. The
games room, pantry and WC are all located on this level
too.
First floor
On the first floor there is a kitchen, seating and dining
area, all 4 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and 3 bathrooms. Each
bedroom has its own LED TV with a USB port and the main living area
has a smart satellite TV. Please note that the first floor is
connected to the basement by a set of outside stairs which are not
covered.
Annex
The annex houses a utility room with access to a washing
machine.
Outdoor space
The outside space has one of the largest swimming pools in
the area, approximately 45 sq meters (approx. 9 x 5
meters), and it has been equipped with counter current
swimming and a hydro massage tub. There is both a garden terrace
and a pool terrace which comes with outside seating and sun
loungers. There is also an outside stone fireplace/BBQ, a kitchen
area, a badminton court and off road parking.
Additional information
The villa is fully air conditioned and there is Wi-Fi
internet access throughout. There is also central and floor
heating.

A reservation deposit of 50% the booking price secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A €500 (EUR) security deposit is required in cash upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out and a damage inspection of the accommodation.
