Villa Gordana is a charming 4 bedroom traditional stone built house with views across the Adriatic and the Islet of Lokrum, within walking distance to Dubrovnik’s Old Town.

Indoor space
The interior of Villa Turquoise Gordana is dominated by the beamed wooden ceilings, stone walls and decorated with a minimalist style. The ground floor comprises of an open plan living room with sitting, dining, kitchen area and WC, the kitchen is well equipped.  The first floor provides two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.  A further two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located on the second floor.

Outdoor space
Outside of the property is the tranquil private garden and terrace surrounded by mature pine trees and cypresses.  An outside dining area is provided to enjoy alfresco dining and there is a sun bathing terrace with sun loungers.

Villa Turquoise Gordana is situated above the beach of St. James, in Dubrovnik near the most luxurious hotels. Behind the villa is a community park, from which you can walk to the historical old town in just 15 minutes. Villa Turquoise Gordana is located a 15 minute walk from Dubrovnik's old town, the nearest airport is Dubrovnik which is a 25-30 minute drive from Villa Turquoise Gordana. To get to the villa you there are usually taxis waiting at the airport, organise a private transfer in advance, or pick up a hire car at the airport.
