Welcome to Villa Rose, a modern retreat located in Dubrovnik, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short drive from the city centre and Old Town. With 4 bedrooms, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Villa Rose features a private pool and Jacuzzi, providing a great space to relax during your stay in this historic city.

The Villa 
Situated just 2km from the centre of Dubrovnik and 500m from pebble Sunset Beach, Villa Rose offers a charming escape. Set on a 500m² property, this villa spans 200m² over two floors. 

The spacious outdoor area features a large terrace with a private 36m² swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and cushioned furniture. There is also a shaded dining area seating 10, as well as a summer kitchen equipped with a mobile BBQ, coffee maker, induction hob, sink, and refrigerator.

Inside, the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with a sofa and smart TV. One bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom is also on this floor. The first floor has three additional bedrooms, one with a king-size and queen-size bed, and two with a king-size bed only. One of these rooms has a balcony, and the floor leads to a roof terrace with seating for ultimate relaxation. The first floor has a shared bathroom with a shower.

Villa Rose is fully air-conditioned, offers Wi-Fi access, and provides free parking on-site. A high chair and baby cot are available upon request.

Getting to the villa
The nearest airport to Dubrovnik is Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Čilipi Airport. It is located approximately 20 kilometres (12 miles) southeast of the city centre. Most people visiting Dubrovnik would organise car rental for collection at the airport, or alternatively a private transfer. The journey time to Villa Rose from Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 30 minutes.
