Villa Pearl spans two expansive floors covering a total area of 300m2. It boasts four king-size double bedrooms, each accompanied by its own en-suite shower bathroom. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area designed for comfort, and a spacious living room. Situated on the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms, each meticulously appointed with en-suite facilities, premium bedding, and tasteful decor. The upper floor accommodates the remaining two bedrooms, characterized by charming slanted ceilings seamlessly integrated into the overall design.

The nearest airport to Dubrovnik is Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Čilipi Airport. It is located approximately 20 kilometres (12 miles) southeast of the city centre. Most people visiting Dubrovnik would organise car rental for collection at the airport, or alternatively a private transfer.
