Accommodation overview
The main entrance to Villa Mandalay is located along the waterfront promenade in the beautiful bay of Zaton. Stepping into the southern courtyard, its massive stone walls immediately surround you, providing a good amount of privacy. The courtyard has an abundance of outdoor furnishings and dining spaces where you can relax underneath the unique glass bridge that connects two outdoor terraces. From the courtyard, enter the main house, comprising 580 m2 of space spread over two floor levels.

Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Mandalay features a light and open lounge area. To the right of the lounge area are two large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the gardens whilst the other has access to a seating area where the entrance for boats once stood. The ground floor also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. To the left of the lounge is a professional kitchen, leading into a second living area with a bar, seating area, large fireplace and a stone dining table which seats 16 guests. The vaulted stone ceilings add character and charm to the property, whilst making the living area a unique place to entertain guests. 

First floor
The first floor of the villa comprises of 4 luxury suites, these are distributed over two floors. All four suites have a similar layout; lounge area, king size bed, TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and under floor heating. The bedroom is upstairs from the rest of the suite area.The library in Villa Mandalay is light and spacious, with direct access onto a terrace via glass doors. The expansive terrace overlooks the bay of Zaton, its piers and docks, yachts and boats and is situated in the perfect spot for a sunset glass of wine looking out over the idyllic panoramas.

Outdoor space
The villa has a secluded feel due to its high stone walls and terraced Mediterranean gardens surround the villa with the fragrance of traditional Croatia greenery such as lavender, citrus and olives. Fresh spices can be picked from the herb garden to be used on the outdoor grill as you cook in the outdoor dining area. Coupled with the outdoor pool and an inviting, shaded lounge area, the gardens are certainly the place to spend most of your time at during your luxury holiday to Croatia.

Villa Mandalay is located a 15 minute drive from Dubrovnik's old town, the nearest airport is Dubrovnik which is a 35-40 minute drive from Villa Mandalay. To get to the villa there are usually taxis waiting at the airport, organise a private transfer in advance, or pick up a hire car at the airport.
