Villa Lily is situated in an elite and private residential neighbourhood of Dubrovnik, within a walking distance of the magnificent Old Town with its array of shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to having the ability to explore Dubrovnik's old town on your doorstep, there are also a variety of swimming spots and small beaches within a 5-10 minute walk of the villa. The property features 6 master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and 1 apartment with a kitchenette, as well as an extensive outdoor space with a private swimming pool and sea views.

The Villa 
Entering the villa garage, an elevator leads you to the first floor of the stone terrace where the apartment with a kitchenette, living room and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located. There is also a separate room with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the terrace. 

Further up you come to the pool area with deck chairs and sun umbrellas, garden, and bocce court for entertainment. Reaching the top level, on the left side of the residential building, there is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ, while on the other side there is a sauna. 

Villa Lily's ground floor comes with a spacious and bright living area, and pleasant open-plan dining and kitchen area. The first floor offers two master double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). A wooden staircase leads guests to the upper floor where there are two more bedrooms (double or twin beds) and two en-suite bathrooms with showers. Separated from the rest of the villa, there is an additional suite with a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit. Villa Lily is completely air-conditioned and equipped with SAT TV, stereo system, safe in each room and four parking spots on the premises.

The nearest airport to Dubrovnik is Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Čilipi Airport. It is located approximately 20 kilometres (12 miles) southeast of the city centre. Most people visiting Dubrovnik would organise car rental for collection at the airport, or alternatively a private transfer. The journey time to Villa Lily from Dubrovnik Airport Is approximately 37 minutes.
