Villa Zora is a modern, luxury waterside villa, beautifully designed and a perfect choice for your relaxing holiday this summer. Villa is set in 445 square meters, on the beachfront (just 2 m from the Adriatic Sea!), with an outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue and stunning sea views. Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms.

The Villa
Explore the spaciousness and luxury of Villa Zora, where comfort and privacy converge across its seven bedrooms. Descend to the 'souterrain' underground level to discover the first en-suite bedroom with a double bed, offering secluded retreat for guests. This level also hosts practical amenities including a laundry room, kitchenette, and wine cellar. On the ground floor, the expansive main living area unfolds, featuring a kitchen, dining area, and lounge for convivial gatherings. Ascend to the mezzanine floor to find two additional bedrooms, including the master bedroom and a twin bedroom, both en-suite, along with an extra living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The remaining four en-suite bedrooms are nestled on the first floor, each offering comfort and convenience.

Outside Space
Step outside through large sliding glass doors from both the dining and living rooms to the sea-view terrace, where alfresco dining awaits amidst breathtaking views. Here, guests can also enjoy the private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment of the coastal surroundings.

Local Area - Selca & Sumartin
Villa Zora is located in a small coastal residential development in the Selca region of Brac Island, there are a couple of waterside bars and a restaurant within a 12-15 minute walk, whilst the small coastal town of Sumartin is a 5 minute drive (45 minute walk) away. Sumartin has a nice marina and a handful of restaurants, tavernas and shops.

Getting to the villa
Villa Zora located on Brac Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brac Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brac Island.  Villa Zora is a 45-50 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brac Island during your stay.
