Villa Marija is located in Ruzmarin Bay, just 10m from the sea and not far from the town of Sumartin on Brac Island. The villa can accommodate larger parties of up to 12 guests and features a private infinity pool and a private beach!

Ground floor
On the ground floor of Villa Marija you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The first bedroom with an en-suite and king sized bed can also be found on this floor, as well as a further single bedroom. The pool terrace can be accessed from this floor.

Mezzeanine Floor
On the mezzanine level, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds and a sofa. There are also 3 spacious living rooms each with an LCD TV/DVD. .

First floor
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has an extra single bed, and two bathrooms with a bathtub. The first floor is also home to a kitchenette and sitting room with an LCD TV/DVD. Furthermore, there are two terraces on this floor. s.

Outdoor space
Villa Marija has an outdoor terrace with an infinity, heated swimming pool, outdoor relaxing area with a hammock, and a barbecue. In the outdoor areas of the villaa you will also find a Jacuzzi for 12 guests, table tennis, an organic vegetable garden and a private beach located right in front of the villa for you to use. 

The villa has car parking and private mooring for small boats. 

Local Area - Sumartin
Villa Marija is located in a quiet area on Ruzmarin a 5 minute drive from the small town of Sumartin, due to location we recommend a hire car.  Situated on the eastern edge of Brac, Sumartin exudes coastal allure with its charming harbour adorned by fishing boats and sailboats. Take leisurely walks along the waterfront promenade and treat yourself to delightful seafood dining experiences. There are plenty of coves and beaches to explore, great for snorkelling, and water sports and bike hire are popular activities. The larger town of Bol, where the famous Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) beach is situated, is around a 30 minute drive away. 

Region - Brač Island

Getting to the villa
Villa Marija is located on Brač Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brač Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brač Island. Villa Marija is a 40 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Milna, Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brač Island during your stay.
