The Villa 
Set on a 340m², Villa Jewel consists of three separate areas, each with its own entrance. The central ground floor sits above a spacious 120m² garage, while the first floor is divided into east and west wings. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, featuring 4 double bedrooms with King size beds and two twin bedrooms. The two master double bedrooms open out onto a large sea view terrace furnished with comfortable seating, a couple of sun loungers and a small dining table for 4. The villa also has two separate indoor living, dining and kitchen areas for guests to enjoy. 

Outdoor Space 
The terrace features a infinity pool (heated for an additional charge), a children's playground with a trampoline, slide, and swing, and a children's pool. Relax on sun loungers, enjoy meals in the covered summer dining room, or gather around the fireplace and outdoor dining table for 8. The outdoor area of Villa Jewel is a perfect oasis for soaking up the Mediterranean sun and preparing local specialties while enjoying breath-taking sea views.

Local Area - Selca & Sumartin 
Villa Jewel is located in a small coastal residential development in the Selca region of Brac Island, there are a couple of waterside bars and a restaurant within a 10-12 minute walk, whilst the small coastal town of Sumartin is a 5 minute drive away. Sumartin has a nice marina and a handful of restaurants, tavernas and shops. The villa is also within walking distances of beaches such as the famous pebble Santa Barbara beach.

Getting to the villa
Villa Jewel located on Brac Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brac Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brac Island. Villa Jewel is a 45 minute from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brac Island during your stay.
