Villa Iva has an infinity pool, sauna, and spa is located within a small bay, approximately 3km from the lovely town of Selca. Up to 13 guests can be accommodated in 5 en-suite rooms and the villa has fantastic views of the Adriatic Sea which is just 2m away. Facilities such as the spa room with a sauna, gym and hot tub, the wine room, and the entertainment room will provide a holiday to remember.

The Villa
Ground floor -  The open plan living area at Villa Iva is home to two modern fully-equipped kitchens with ample storage and a kitchen island with stools. The lounge area has a large "L-Shaped" sofa, armchairs and homely furnishings such as artwork and indoor plants. The laundry room and spa area with sauna and gym are also located on this level. A floating staircase takes guests from the ground floor through to the first floor where three of the villas five bedrooms are located.

First floor -  Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 - Three beautiful double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor and are furnished in a modern design. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room with an additional sofa bed increasing the occupancy amount. Two of the bedrooms on this floor also have an outdoor terrace with a hot tub and spectacular sea views. The first floor is also home to an entertainment room with two TV's, a football table and a sofa.

Second floor -  Bedroom 4 & 5 - On the second floor, there is a large lobby with lounge chairs and two spacious double en-suite bedrooms each with a terrace. 

Outside Space
The outdoor area at Villa Iva is surrounded by lush green planting and guests will find many areas for relaxing. There are sunloungers, a large al-fresco dining table to seat 10 guests and even tepe chairs which hang from two trees and overlook the beautiful Adriatic coast. The villa also has a BBQ and a large heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy.  There is also private mooring for boats up to 15m available at this property along with bicycles and kayaks for guests to use.

Local Area - Selca & Sumartin
Villa Iva is located in a small coastal residential development in the Selca region of Brac Island, there are a couple of waterside bars and a restaurant within a 20 minute walk, whilst the small coastal town of Sumartin is a 5 minute drive (50 minute walk) away. Sumartin has a nice marina and a handful of restaurants, tavernas and shops.

Getting to the villa
Villa Iva located on Brac Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brac Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brac Island.  Villa Iva is a 45-50 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brac Island during your stay.
